Took my beagle spark today at venkys diagnostic centre and they were really kind and helpful. They were interested to hear what I had found about the case and gave me valuable feedback to help us out at our primary vet. 10/10 recommend maybe the previous experiences of some were with some older staff.

Sharing an experience from 3 yrs ago.Not pet friendly, doc came 45 mins late. She treated my stray as an object to encash on. Her treatment might be perfectly skilled, but it's her inhumane treatment that made me and my family rethink our decision to bring our stray. Sad truth that strays aren't treated with same amount of love as that of posh PPL with expensive breeds eventhough both pay the same amount for treatment.
