We visited Vet Fort Pet Clinic in Saket for our dog’s surgery, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Dr. RJ Patel handled everything very calmly and professionally. The staff is supportive, and emergency services at night are a big advantage.
I bring my pet Tom regularly, and the care and guidance have always been excellent. He’s healthy and always happy after every visit. I once rushed in early morning during an emergency, and Dr. Patel handled everything quickly and very gently.
Very disappointing experience at this clinic. The vet did not properly examine my cat or try to understand the actual problem. Instead of doing a thorough check, he immediately focused on giving multiple injections. It felt like the treatment was being given without clearly diagnosing the issue first. Whenever I tried to ask questions about my pet’s condition, he acted dismissive and didn’t explains properly he says it will be ok in a chill way doesnt feel like an assurance after visiting this vet As a pet owner, you expect a vet to carefully examine the animal, explain the diagnosis, and then suggest the appropriate treatment. Giving 3–4 injections without proper examination makes it feel like the approach is careless rather than professional. Overall, it was a waste of both time and money, and unfortunately I would not recommend this clinic or visit again
Very good experience overall. The clinic is well-equipped and staff is cooperative. I came here for my cat’s spaying, and everything was done properly. They guided me about post-surgery care and also checked in later for feedback.
It has been over a year that we are Vet Fort Pet Clinic clients. We have 2 cats, Casper and Amber. We are extremely glad to have Dr. Patel is our pet Doctor. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to handle our kids very well. Dr. Patel is a very caring person, we are very much satisfied the way he took care of Casper and Amber. Casper earlier had skin issues which was taken care of quickly. After that we've had spay surgeries of Casper and recently of Amber, they both are healthy and doing great. Great Job and Great service from Vet Fort. Keep up the good work. You guys are really great. Any pets needs tender loving care and you guys have it..be always be the help and voice of the voiceless🙏
