Very inconsistent pricing. Sometimes they charge ₹500 for dog grooming and other times ₹600 without any clear reason. The staff is quite unprofessional and the service quality is poor. My dog didn’t receive proper treatment or care during the visit. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and professional pet care.
Earlier staffs were all good, earlier they used to charge for their medicines and treatment altogether, recently they changed their staff and started taking consultation charges Rs 400/- (taking consultaion charge is not bad, but taking charges and giving thenga services, maintaining no hygine is what that sucks) with no expert doctor, they only have a jhola chhap so called doctor, who only tries to sell their pet medicines and stuffs. OVERALL IT HAS BECOME A SHOP. SERVICE DEGRADED.
My pet Jojo was very unwell. I consulted several doctors, but he didn’t recover. Thanks to Vet Pro and Dr. Hemant, who properly diagnosed Jojo’s problem and treated him. Now he is completely fine. Thank you to Vet Pro and the entire staff. I would highly recommend them.
