Pathetic vet service with zero staff availability on working time by 3pm today 2nd time i visited my cat got expired till vet reached at hospital as he was at home service & other staff is on leave, literally due to negligence of staff or doctor unavailability my pet brutally lost her life on the hospital, waste of waiting 1 hour as per the call conversation with vet.
Rude and unprofessional Mr. Rudresh, doesn’t seem qualified to be in a medical profession - displaying complete lack of empathy for pets and their caretakers. Our cats struggle a lot when we deworm them at home so I usually take our two cats to be dewormed here. He was using language such as “doing deworming is not my job and you should do it at home”. When I mentioned that the previous doctor (Tejas) before him always did the deworming for us he said - “Others may be interested in doing this but I’m not interested” - it seems that you’re a disgrace to your profession, Mr. Rudresh. For the sake of the pets you treat - hope you’re kinder next time.
