The dr just want comission that is his only purpose. Poor service govt hospital used to provide syringes, rabbies injection , bandages few other medicines but the current dr even whoso ever is been posted in this hospital since 3-4 years they all are same there. They purposely write such medicines which are expensive and which is not available everywhere. They don't Even take care of hygiene
Worst hospital and worst doctors. Don't even know how to do treatment. I took my pet there in a serious condition, hoping for proper care. But the so called doctors didn't even bother to check the temperature, didn't touch or examine my pet at all, and simply wrote a list of expensive medicines without any proper diagnosis. It felt like they were only interested in making commision rather than actually treating the animal. My pet continued to suffer because of this complete negligence and lack of basic effort. This is unacceptable. They showed zero professionalism and zero concern for the animal's health. I would never recommend this hospital to any pet owner. Stay far away if you actually care about your pet it's a total waste of time and money. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with such careless service.
All of my dog's ailments got treated here along with neutering. Doctors here are soft spoken and carried out the surgery really smoothly. Just 4-5 rooms are operational here, rest remain closed. The main issue is arora pharmacy. The long bill of meds from that shop is abbhorent. The cleanliness of this hospital is compromised too.
For consultation, you can go. But they never provide you any medicine for your pet as they sell it to the pvt hospitals. Also they’ll ask you to buy medicine from outside if the hospital & there’s only 1 medical shop in front of the hospital who have every medicine related to pets. Guess what?? They sell medicines on the peak level of price. When i asked where are the medicines which govt send to your hospitals in every 15days? There reply was to ask govt we don’t know. That’s how they’re working with a high attitude.
I took my cats to two different doctors, but neither of them knew anything. They only gave glucose and some stomach-related medicine—nothing else. They don’t really have proper knowledge about cats.
