  I had a great experience at Vetic Andheri. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and very pet-friendly. The doctors are highly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about the well-being of pets. They take the time to explain the treatment and address all concerns patiently. The grooming team is equally excellent. They handle pets with care, patience, and expertise, ensuring they are comfortable throughout the grooming session. The quality of service is outstanding, and my pet always comes back looking happy, healthy, and well-groomed.   Bathing Spa Service on Friday July 10, 2026 at 13:32 hours IST UTC: +5:30 I was having an appointment for Bath Spa Service for our pet with add on services -Medicated Bath -Hygiene Bath -Dental Cleaning Service On-site in the service form to be signed by pet parent more additional services were given with a reasonable price such as -Paw Care -Mouth Freshener A trained skilled person Mr. Rohit took the in-charge of providing Bathing Spa to pet of ours with additional care where his handling with the pet was gentle & hygiene care focussed on trimming of nails & hairs on paw areas while bathing session touch on the pet covered all areas of the pet for deep cleaning while maintaining the time duration i.e., speed for ongoing session of the pet & other queued clients after me. In addition, Mr. Rohit scanned the pet overall and discussed key points regarding the well-being of the pet to be updated with the health care professional of our pet while highlighting crucial areas to me i.e., the pet parent. I definitely recommend Mr. Rohit's skillsets to other pet parents. Moreover, I recognize and value the professionalism of Management lead in-charge of the site "Munawar" who actively listens & pursues her call of duty while guiding pet parents & leading the team onsite & uplifting the values, creeds and ethics of the "Vetic" Standards & animal rights. The on-site location also has pet supplies & other pet necessary items stacked in shelves with accurate labelling's which is restocked via their supply chain to meet customer needs for the items purchased on-site or via "Vetic" application. *Feedback: -The blower used for drying either with nozzle exhaust or without nozzle must be switched to the ones to be producing lesser noise in decibels for the comfort of both the service provider & the pet as they are sensitive to noises, -Paper towel rolls must be used for cleaning apart from normal tissue napkins for more efficiency + two ply facial tissues can be used additionally on pet as the layer is soft in feel -Personal Protected Equipment be used for the skilled operators Head & Face: Safety glasses Respiratory: Disposable masks (which is worn onsite at "Vetic") Body: Chemical-resistant coveralls and medical gowns Hands & Feet: Safety gloves (nitrile, leather, chemical-resistant) Hearing: Earplugs and earmuffs Additional equipment requirements may vary from the ones mentioned here in the review. *Remark(s): This is a compliment as we would want to add value to your business with continuous improvements which would benefit both customer & service provider. I am certainly sure if you all maintain the standards other clients too will give you similar reviews or better than this yes at times it is not easy to handle diverse mindsets of civilians yet it is your responsibility to maintain the cool and evolve out of the box in today's competitive global market where there are no borders. I am hereby attaching a photograph of Mr. Rohit with Pet who is enjoying the companionship of Mr. Rohit after the service.   I brought my cat to Andheri Vetic clinic at 4AM from Thane due to sudden breathing problems. The X-ray showed fluid in his lungs, which required urgent intervention. During the treatment, my cat was placed on oxygen support, but the equipment used was a makeshift paper cup with a pipe, which I had to hold myself to keep it on his face. When the clinic staff attempted to proceed with a procedure, the oxygen delivery was not maintained properly. My cat panicked, and due to insufficient oxygen support during handling, he unfortunately passed away. I observed that the staff handling my cat seemed inexperienced and did not follow standard emergency protocols for a cat in respiratory distress, such as using a proper oxygen mask or securing him safely before attempting a procedure. I am sharing this experience so that other pet owners can be aware and so the clinic can review their emergency procedures and staff training. Proper equipment, calm handling, and continuous oxygen are essential in critical cases like this.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Vetic Clinic. I visited the clinic expecting transparent pricing and professional service for my pet, but unfortunately, I felt that I was significantly overcharged for the treatment and services provided. Before proceeding with the consultation and treatment, there was very little clarity regarding the overall cost. The charges added up quickly, and several services and tests were included in the bill without a clear explanation of why they were necessary. As a pet owner, I understand that quality veterinary care comes at a cost, but I also believe that customers deserve complete transparency and informed consent before being billed for additional procedures. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication regarding the final expenses. Had the costs been explained in advance, I would have been in a better position to make informed decisions about my pet’s treatment. Instead, I was presented with a bill that was much higher than expected, leaving me feeling misled and disappointed. The staff was courteous, and the clinic facilities appeared well-maintained; however, good customer service also includes honest and transparent billing practices. Pet owners place a great deal of trust in veterinary professionals, especially when making healthcare decisions for their beloved animals. That trust can be damaged when pricing is unclear or when charges appear excessive compared to the services received. I would strongly recommend that Vetic Clinic improve its billing transparency by providing detailed cost estimates before treatment, clearly explaining the necessity of recommended procedures, and obtaining customer approval before adding extra services to the bill. My intention in sharing this review is not to discourage pet owners from seeking care, but to encourage the clinic to adopt more transparent and customer-friendly practices. I hope future customers receive clearer communication regarding costs so they can make informed decisions without unexpected financial surprises.
