I’ve been struggling with Vetic management and services from long time. The representatives have no clue what they are doing, they have no intention to help the customers no transparency with the pet parents whatsoever. I’ve to be on customer care calls which keeps getting directed from one person to another for hours and with every new person I’ve to explain the whole issue again of how inconvenient their services are. I’ve never come across a straightforward process with them. They are just money oriented. If you need a good service and health of your kids do not come to this place.
