  I recently took my dog, Dexter, to Vetic for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Dexter can be quite a handful as he gets a bit aggressive when his face is touched, which always makes grooming sessions a stressful task for us. ​However, Sandeep the groomer was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly polite, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. It was clear that he is very dedicated to his job and truly cares about the well-being of the pets he works with. He handled Dexter with such a calm and steady hand that Dexter stayed much more relaxed than usual. ​Highly recommend Vetic and especially Sandeep if you have a pet with specific behavioral needs. Thank you for taking such great care of our boy!"

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this vet clinic and couldn’t be happier with the care my pets received. Sandeep was truly amazing and extremely professional. He did a beautiful grooming job for my Persian cat, Charlie, and also for Jazz. As any Persian cat owner knows, grooming requires patience, skill, and a gentle touch and Sandeep handled Charlie with so much care and expertise that it immediately put me at ease. The grooming was done very thoroughly and hygienically, and I could clearly see how comfortable and calm my pets were throughout the process. The ear cleaning was also done exceptionally well, very carefully and gently, ensuring it was both safe and effective. Everything felt clean, healthy, and well-managed. Overall, the entire experience was very positive, professional, and reassuring. It’s clear that Sandeep genuinely cares about animals and takes pride in his work. I truly appreciate the attention to detail, kindness, and high standards of care provided here. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent grooming and veterinary care for their pets. I will definitely be coming back! 🐾✨

  Extremely Disappointing Experience at Vetic Borivali (IC Colony) I had a very bad and frustrating experience at the Vetic clinic in Borivali IC Colony while treating my dog for a bite wound. On the first visit, the doctor on duty examined my dog and advised me to clean the wound with Savlon and apply Placentrex gel using a syringe for a few days. I carefully followed the exact instructions at home for the entire duration prescribed because I didn’t want to risk my dog getting infected. When we returned for a follow-up after a few days, a different doctor attended us — Dr. Abhijeet Vishwas Yadav. He suggested adding another ointment to the treatment. I politely explained that I preferred to continue the same treatment plan the first doctor had given because changing the routine midway might make the wound worse or cause infection. Instead of explaining calmly, he responded very rudely and arrogantly, saying, “I’m the doctor here. You listen to me or go to the previous doctor in the Kandivali branch.” Despite the tone, I stayed calm and eventually followed the instructions he gave. However, after following those instructions — cleaning the wound more with Savlon and applying the gel — my dog’s condition actually became worse. The wound started swelling, a large amount of pus started coming out, and my dog even stopped eating because of the pain. Today we had another follow-up appointment and unfortunately I had to meet the same doctor again. I explained that after following the treatment suggested, my dog’s wound had gotten worse. Instead of checking the situation properly, he immediately blamed me and said it was my fault and not his. That response was extremely frustrating. As a pet owner, why would I randomly change treatments given by doctors from the same clinic? I was simply following the instructions provided. Dr. Abhijeet Vishwas Yadav was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the interaction. His attitude showed no empathy toward the animal or the concerned pet owner. At one point he even said that if I wasn’t satisfied I could take my dog somewhere else. To make matters worse, the receptionist was also extremely rude. When I tried to explain the situation, he casually said that I could “file a case or do whatever I want” and that they didn’t care. Such behavior from clinic staff is completely unacceptable. A veterinary clinic should show compassion, professionalism, and responsibility — especially when dealing with worried pet owners and injured animals. Unfortunately, my experience here was the complete opposite. Please don’t take your pets to this Vetic clinic if you truly care about their health and well-being. My experience here was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from both the doctor and the staff.

  Vetic I.C. Branch ..is really clean and professional, The staff are polite and gentle with pets. Iam a Veterinarian myself and had a very pleasant experience with both my cats grooming. Mr.Sandeep and Mr.Mayur (groomers) are reliable. They have such good experience and took extreme care that a cat would need while grooming as it could be a stressful experience. The clinic is maintained well and has positive vibes. Reception staff Mr.Sunil was also happy to greet clients from a pet parents perspective. Happy to see a good clinic located at a stress free area doing well. Thank you for your kindness towards animals. Appreciate it.

  Had a great experience at Vetic IC Colony. Sandeep Kumar handled my dog Mylo’s hygiene grooming and bath very professionally. He was calm, gentle, and made sure Mylo was comfortable throughout the process. Very satisfied with the cleanliness and care. Highly recommend!
