Vetic Chembur has been excellent when it comes to pet care. The grooming and salon services are consistently good, the staff genuinely seem to care about the animals, and I appreciate the transparency in their operations. These are the reasons I continue to bring my dog here. However, one recurring issue significantly impacts the overall experience: the entrance/exit pathway to the facility. The area is almost always wet, dirty, and poorly maintained. After spending time and money on a bath or grooming session, it's frustrating to have your dog walk through a muddy/wet pathway and get dirty again before even reaching the car. This concern has been raised multiple times to the team, but unfortunately there has been little to no visible effort to address it. Maintaining a clean and dry access path seems like a basic expectation for a pet grooming facility, especially one that otherwise operates at a high standard. I hope management takes this feedback constructively because the core services are genuinely good. Fixing this one issue would noticeably improve the customer experience.

Hygiene wasn’t a priority there and there was only one doctor on call and 3 emergency pets. They could only deal with one and they sent the other 2 away which was just sad to see. If it’s a 24/7 hospital that claims that we can come here for emergencies then how can they keep only 1 doctor on call? Ps: there were makhis, unclean counters, blood stains and dust everywhere. They should definitely work on hygiene and doctors availability. No complaints about the treatment they give but only if you’re lucky

I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience at Chembur Vetic when I took my 2-month-old kitten there for an emergency. Instead of handling the situation with care and compassion, the doctor was rude, unprofessional, and kept putting unnecessary pressure on me to immediately approve multiple treatments. They repeatedly scared me by saying my kitten might have a serious disease, although they admitted they were not even sure about the diagnosis. They kept insisting on tests and treatments without giving me proper explanations or enough time to make a decision. My kitten was terrified during the injections and was so scared that he even lost control of his bladder. Despite seeing his condition, the staff showed very little empathy. Later, I took my kitten to another veterinarian for a second opinion, and I was relieved to learn that he had no serious illness at all. It was only a simple stomach infection that required a few basic injections, and he recovered well. What made the experience even worse was being charged around ₹5,000 for consultation and unnecessary treatments. The doctor also claimed he was very busy and that I was wasting his time because he had many patients waiting, but in reality, there were hardly any other clients at the clinic. This made the entire interaction feel dishonest and purely money-driven. Overall, this was one of the worst veterinary experiences I have ever had. I found the doctor rude, the diagnosis misleading, and the treatment approach completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who truly cares about their pet. I sincerely hope they improve their professionalism, honesty, and compassion toward both animals and pet owners.

Extremely unreliable for a facility that advertises itself as “24x7.” I needed an urgent fit-to-fly certificate for my cats and specifically booked a 10:00 PM appointment only after confirming over the phone that the certificate could be issued at that time. After arriving, I was made to wait until nearly 11:00 PM, only for the receptionist to inform me that neither doctor could issue the certificate because they were busy handling emergency cases. I explained that I was willing to wait, as I had a strict deadline and urgently needed the documentation. What followed was even more frustrating. One doctor claimed that because he was registered in Uttarakhand, he could not issue the certificate. If that was the case, this should have been communicated before I booked the appointment or at least when I arrived. The receptionist never informed me that the certificate could not be issued at night or that the relevant doctor was unavailable. Instead, I was left waiting for over an hour late at night with no updates and no transparency. Fortunately, I was able to find another 24x7 veterinary hospital that accommodated me and issued the required certificate. Had I relied solely on this facility, I could have missed a critical travel deadline. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place for urgent cases. If you have time-sensitive requirements, especially involving travel documentation, I would strongly advise confirming everything in writing and considering alternative options.

I had a very bad experience at Vetic, Chembur. I took my cats for a bath and grooming session. During the grooming, the staff were internally fighting and arguing among themselves, and were also very rude. Most importantly, after the grooming was done and we returned home, we found fleas on our cats' bodies, even after they had given them a medicated shampoo bath. This is the second time we have noticed fleas on them after getting them groomed at Vetic Chembur. Now I have to get treatment for the fleas, as both my cats have developed patches on their bodies. Earlier, the staff at Vetic was very good, but now the service has become very poor. We pay so much to keep our cats healthy and in good condition, but taking them to such places and getting these issues in return is very disappointing. I would recommend everyone who goes by the reviews to please not visit Vetic Chembur. Instead, visit their main branch in Andheri.
