Had an amazing experience at PAWZING for my German Shepherd’s grooming session! The team was professional, patient, and clearly understood how to handle large breeds with care and attention. My dog came back looking absolutely fresh, clean, and well-groomed and most importantly, comfortable and happy. The grooming quality, hygiene standards, and attention to detail were excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for trusted and premium pet grooming services. Will definitely visit again!

Excellent staff He was a very cooperative person. Considering that my dog is slightly aggressive by nature, he handled him very well and did the grooming/cutting in a completely professional manner. I would definitely recommend him to everyone and suggest that they should try his dog grooming services.

🚩🚩My cat is dead, thanks to the doctors of this clinic who said it’s normal ,when i bring my kitten for check up they didn’t examine my cat, instead they clean their ears for money which is not with my concern, they applied for membership without my concern ,as a pet mom i understand my cats behaviour more than a vet,and i know it was never normal for my kitten to behave such way ,so i book video consultation twice which was delayed and i waited for doctor to join for few mins, after multiple attempts AI assistant was assign and when asks for doctors i never get any reply nor a call from them, for the membership they applied by themselves and when i asks for cancellations and refund they insist me not to do that, all they want is money, please don’t visit this clinic,. They don’t love pets, they love money, they just wants to reach their target . I lost my kitten after visiting this clinic

I had a doctor’s appointment scheduled at the Vetic Defence Colony branch today (Sunday 8 June 2025) at 3 PM. As advised, I arrived a bit early. After waiting for 10 minutes, the receptionist informed me that the doctor was having lunch and asked me to wait another 5 minutes. I agreed. However, after 20 more minutes of waiting, I asked the receptionist again. This time, I was told the doctor was actually outside the clinic for lunch. He called the doctor and assured me they were on their way, requesting I wait another 5 minutes. I waited an additional 15 minutes, but the doctor still didn’t arrive. I then asked if there was any other doctor available, as the app showed three doctors while I was booking. The receptionist told me there was no one else at the clinic. After waiting a total of 40 minutes without being seen and with no doctor present, I had to leave and book a return cab. This experience was extremely disappointing. It’s unacceptable that a clinic would have no doctor available, especially considering potential emergencies. I’ve always been skeptical about the Defence Colony branch — and today they proved why. Very poor experience.
