I’m sharing this review with a heavy heart because, ever since the new management took over the Doggy World branch at Derawal Nagar Model Town, the quality of service and customer experience has noticeably declined. Over the past few months, I have faced repeated delays and long waiting times. While it has been inconvenient, I have always been patient and understanding, considering that unexpected situations can arise. However, today’s incident was extremely disappointing. I took my dog for a grooming and bath session, and I was informed that the service could not be provided due to a rooftop leakage issue. I completely understand the concern regarding safety and operational challenges. What I do not understand is why the same services were being provided to other dogs while my dog was denied service. Policies and conditions should be applied fairly to all customers. Being a loyal customer for the past four years, consistently trusting them with my pet’s grooming and never considering another place, I expected better communication, transparency, and treatment. Loyalty and trust should be valued, not taken for granted. Unfortunately, today’s experience left me feeling extremely disappointed, disrespected, and frustrated. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards bringing back the standard of service and fairness that customers deserve.
