Extremely disappointing experience. This place used to be so so good at one point in time. Vetic should not have taken over doggy world or whatever has happened but it has just gone worse. The old staff was very good. New staff barely knows how to handle dogs unlike the old staff. Unnecessary extra managerial things which are literally not required. This was once a very great place and a go-to for my doggo but I swear I’m never taking him back there. You literally don’t mess with a place which is already doing fine. I’m just so frustrated with this bad experience. Despite multiple bad feedbacks no improvements made. Today I literally had to rush out of the place out of utter disappointment. Unfortunately my dog’s vaccination records are tied here but I’ll try to find another good vet elsewhere. For people reading the review, trust me I was a regular here and it was once a great spot but it’s no longer like that. Increased prices and decreased customer experience. BAD!!!

Shameful organization and it's staff. Insensitive, unprofessional, uneducated staff pretending to treat animals and exploiting their owners for money. Health problems exaggerated to push unnecessary treatments on you and overpriced medicines prescribed. Irresponsible staff holding your pets with lack of care and sensitivity. Almost got my dog in an accident with incoming vehicle, holding his leg from where his blood was just withdrawn, leaving cotton in his ears even after the bath is finished???Very Irresponsible. A money extracting institution pretending to be care about animals preying on the love people have for their family members.
