We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Neeraj for taking such wonderful care of our dog, Sushi, during a very difficult time. From the very first visit, he was patient, compassionate, and extremely thorough in explaining her condition and treatment. His calm approach and dedication gave us confidence and reassurance when we were very worried.
Thanks to his timely treatment and constant support, Sushi has been recovering well. It’s clear that Dr. Neeraj truly cares about the animals he treats and goes the extra mile for them. I’ve been a doggy world Rohini regular customer from past 7-8 years . I can show your proofs also . Until I visited doggy world on 18 th April 2026 around 11 pm in emergency and I found a terrible terrible man DR. Mayank . He insisted me to wait for 20 mins even after seeing that 100s of maggots were eating my dog alive . He asked me to visit Max Vet if I’m in a hurry ( shocked right ) . Despite of everything he said our team member might vomit on seeing the condition of your dog . We kept our calm , and he did some half done treatment, didn’t cleaned the wound well , I was asking myself to do things like putting IV drip , ivermectin etc . They charged 3100 for this terrible treatment. Next day I took my dog to some other clinic , they charged me 800 and did everything extremely well with open arms unlike doggy world . It’s high time for Mr S.K Pandey to keep a check on his staff and team members . I’ll try to Never visit doggy world again , neither I suggest anyone else to go ☹️

Absolutely terrible experience. I took my cat here for an ultrasound, and the level of negligence and unprofessionalism was shocking.
Instead of using proper restraint methods or equipment to ensure the safety of both the pet and the owners, the staff asked my mother to physically hold our cat while they were trimming her fur. During the procedure, a staff member lost control of my cat, causing her to panic and bite my mother. The bite was serious enough that my mother had to get injections afterward.
What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of accountability. Rather than acknowledging what happened or showing any concern, the staff tried to shift the blame and made false statements about the incident. Not a single sincere apology was offered.
As pet owners, we trust veterinary professionals to handle animals safely and competently. This hospital failed to provide basic safety measures, failed to take responsibility when things went wrong, and treated us disrespectfully when we raised legitimate concerns.
I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and deeply concerned about the standards of care here. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise pet owners to think twice before bringing their pets to this facility.

We took our Shih Tzu, Jannu, to Doggy World and had a great experience. Dr. Sachin. He was very kind and treated out dog with great care. He was also very patient and explained everything clearly, which made us feel reassured.
The clinic was very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!
