Poor management always! The app allows booking but when u go to the vet they make you wait for minimum 20mins then what’s the point of booking the appointment ?? The dog gets anxiety and there is never AC or fan - customers have to ask to turn it on! the staff isn’t able to handle the load. They don’t greet customers or even ask ..they are so unbothered !! Today they made me wait for 45mins. I came for a 12pm appointment and they took my dog inside at 12:44pm. Can you imagine taking half a day off for this come to this. This is nothing but poor management and not using the app and store operations in sync. So next time when u come. Come atleast 20-30mins early

I regularly bring my German Shepherd here for grooming, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The team is professional, gentle, and clearly knows how to handle larger breeds with care. My dog always comes back looking great, clean, and relaxed. Vetic is well-maintained and welcoming, which makes a big difference. Definitely one of the most reliable grooming services I’ve used—highly recommended.

We took our Golden Retriever for a haircut and grooming, and he looks so fresh now! 🐶✨ It was a really good experience the doctor suggested a great cream, and overall our pet truly enjoyed the whole session.

Fine for Basics, Avoid for Surgeries or Complicated Cases It is a decent option for minor, day-to-day veterinary needs like routine checkups or simple treatments. However, I strongly advise against taking your pet here for anything complex, including surgeries. My cat suffered for from long time with chronic wounds that I believe stemmed from negligence. The surgeons lacked sufficient experience, yet they never admitted when the case was beyond their capabilities. We were out of options at Vetic, and the hospital setup made treatment extremely expensive. Thankfully, we sought a second opinion at Cessna Hospital, where our cat fully recovered in just one month. Our mistake was not doing so sooner. While the doctors seemed well-intentioned, their error was tackling a case they weren’t equipped for without owning up to it. My cat was tough enough to endure the pain, but I’m not sure others would survive. The facility lacks an on-site senior doctor for oversight. Stick to Vetic for minor issues only.

I went to Vetic at 9 30 approximately and as soon as I entered people are not coming about my dog, they are concerned about informing that hey the NIGHT CHAGES are double. The doc visited after 15 mins and I informed the issue as my puppy got hurt in his hand while playing. He did X RAY for both hands without our consent where in the injury was in one hand. When asked why did u do it for the other hand, he said just for my reference it seems. What would I do with that. You are a doctor, you do it for the hand that is injured and not for the one that is not. I do not want his full body X RAY and not just that they charged me for both the X RAYS. Also when they took my dog for X RAY, they closed the room and told we as dog parents are not allowed…. I was like WOW!! 2nd the Doctor said that it’s better to give a bandage type protection in his hand so that he does not move that much. For that also they took my pet somewhere and told that I am not allowed inside. Now I do not know what is going on with my pet……. During billing they said one pain killer injection was given which was never being discussed with us and we got to know during billing. Just for this, they billed us 4.5k. Can u imagine?? My dog’s hand nothing happened. He just got hurt and for that all these. I will never ever come here again. And I would request people, please don’t go. They are only looking for money not concerned about the pet or the pet parents
