We had an extremely distressing and unacceptable experience at Vetic pet Care Hospital. Our diabetic dog was brought in critical condition with multiple seizures. While initial treatment was given, there was a complete lack of transparency regarding his health status. Despite repeated requests, we were denied direct communication with the attending doctor and were not provided any meaningful updates. The hospital insisted on admission and demanded ₹25,000 as a deposit, with vague assurances of refund. There was also pressure for prolonged hospitalization (10–15 days), which appeared medically unjustified and financially motivated. Additionally, the billing process raised serious concerns. A charge of approximately ₹699 was inflated to ₹6990, indicating possible manipulation. This is highly unethical and unacceptable. At a time of emotional vulnerability, we expected compassion, clarity, and ethical conduct. Instead, we experienced poor communication, lack of accountability, and apparent overcharging. Strongly not recommended. Pet owners are advised to exercise caution.

I had a mixed experience at this clinic today. First, I want to appreciate Dr. Batsala, who was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly with my Labrador, Max. She examined him thoroughly, answered my questions, and made both me and my dog feel comfortable. Her consultation was excellent. Unfortunately, the spa experience was the complete opposite. The groomer appeared very nervous around Max from the beginning. He kept stopping the water every time Max turned around and was calling his colleagues for help every 30 seconds. It was clear he lacked confidence in handling a large but friendly Labrador. Instead of calming Max, three staff members surrounded him and tried to pin him against the wall, which only created a negative experience. I was uncomfortable with how the situation was being handled and decided to stop the grooming session. Max was sent out still wet, and I had to ask for a towel and dry him myself in the lobby. During billing, I was repeatedly encouraged to purchase a ₹1,499 membership that included two spa sessions and OPD benefits. I declined because, after this experience, I had no confidence in the grooming staff. Even after saying no multiple times, the membership continued to be promoted. My feedback is simple: the veterinary care was excellent thanks to Dr. Batsala, but the grooming service needs better-trained staff who are confident handling large dogs and know how to create a calm, positive experience rather than one based on fear.

I am writing this review after losing my 41-day-old Labrador puppy, Milo. This is the most painful experience my family has ever gone through, and I hope Vetic takes this feedback seriously. On 12th July 2026, before taking Milo home, the pet shop advised us to get him tested for Parvovirus and Distemper. We visited Vetic the same evening and specifically requested these tests. We were told that Milo looked healthy and that the tests were not required. Within two days, Milo started vomiting. By 16th July, he had repeated vomiting, loose motions, severe lethargy, and was even vomiting inside the Vetic clinic. Despite these classic warning signs in an unvaccinated 41-day-old puppy, a Parvovirus rapid test was not performed. Instead, we were advised to first get a CBC. We were informed that the clinic's CBC machine was not working and the sample would be sent to an outside laboratory. Symptomatic medicines were prescribed. The next day, when Milo's condition worsened despite the prescribed treatment, we rushed him to another veterinarian. The very first test they performed was a Parvovirus rapid test, which came back positive. Treatment started immediately, but by then almost 24 crucial hours had already passed. Sadly, Milo passed away on 20th July 2026. I understand that Parvovirus is a serious disease and that not every puppy can be saved. However, my concern is about the clinical decisions made during a critical period. I still have no answer to these questions: Why was the Parvovirus test not performed on 12th July despite my request? Why was the rapid Parvovirus test not performed on 16th July when Milo had vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, and Parvovirus was already documented as a suspected diagnosis? Why was a CBC prioritized when it cannot confirm or rule out Parvovirus? I hope Vetic conducts an internal review of this case so that no other pet parent has to experience the pain of losing a beloved companion while still searching for answers.

I had a wonderful experience visiting this grooming center for my dog. The place is very clean and pet-friendly. The staff were extremely polite, caring, and professional, making my dog feel very comfortable throughout the process. The grooming was done with great attention to detail, and my dog looked amazing afterwards. I really appreciate their dedication and the love they show towards pets. Highly recommended to all pet parents!”
