I had a wonderful experience at Vetic Pet Clinic with my Golden Retriever, Leo. The entire team was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive from start to finish. The doctors handled with great care and patience, making sure he felt safe and comfortable throughout the treatment.
What truly stood out was their dedication and detailed approach, everything was explained clearly, and no question was left unanswered. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-equipped, which gave me complete confidence in their treatment.

Today is 12th May 2026 and till date no one has got back to us for refund of money paid for the yearly package that we never used due to most unprofessional services!😢
On 9th Dec we took our 45 day old puppy (a Husky) and were impressed by the curtseys and conduct of the attending staff and Dr.
However when after an examination with a rapid infection test (cost 1600) the vet Dr. declared that all is ok.
We were impressed with our 1st visit and paid nearly 10,000 that included a year of all vaccinations
However we were not fully convinced with the professional acumen of the very young and inexperienced Dr & next day sought another opinion from a Sr Vet Dr. Where after requisite blood tests pet was found to be having infection that required appropriate treatment of over a week
We decided not to go back to Vetiq and despite numerous requests for refund of the annual vaccination package they have not responded
Have been in touch with their galleria branch supervisor- Abhishek and their area manager - Vaibhav who does not take my calls
They are a sham and prospect clients are advised to not be taken in with their sweet talk and impressive set up / interiors
Be aware !!

Wonderful experience! The doctor was very helpful and compassionate, and the staff was extremely polite and attentive. They cared for my baby with so much warmth and gentleness, just like family would. Truly an amazing clinic.

Terrible service and complete mis coordination between central amd centre team. I was a valued member but never returning to vetic again. The vets are terrible, dont even bother to touch the pet or take temperature. Very disappointed with service.

My experience with Vetic Pet Clinic is good. The staff and medical experts are cooperative and polite. But financially I personally feel it a bit expensive. But overall the treatment and consultation is worthy.
