I have two persian cats , have been associated with Vetic for over a year now . Special mention to Dr Dwiti from Vetic she makes sure that cat recovers well from any sort of pain and infection. She guides well about nutrition, daily hassles involved with pet selflessly. Highly recommended .
The clinic is very conveniently located on the Golf Course Road. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me adopt my dog and then also took excellent care of her when she came to our house and was facing initial problems as we got her from a shelter. Particularly Dr. Karishma is extremely gentle with the fur babies and will patiently answer all the questions.
I had a really great experience at Vetic Clinic, Golf Course Road, and I especially want to thank Dr. Anurag Yadav for his excellent care. My kitten Coco was suffering from tick fever, and I was really worried. Dr. Anurag Yadav treated her very well with the right medicines and proper guidance. Thanks to him, Coco is now healthy and doing much better. What I liked the most was his behavior—he was extremely kind, patient, and understanding. He not only treated Coco with great care but also explained everything to me calmly, which made me feel relaxed and confident. I truly felt respected and in safe hands. He is honestly one of the best doctors I have come across. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a caring and skilled veterinarian. Thank you so much doctor, for taking such good care of Coco!
I recently visited the Vetic GCR Branch and I am truly impressed with their service. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was smooth and welcoming. The clinic is well-maintained, organized, and very professional. I had the pleasure of meeting Mayank, who guided me so patiently and professionally regarding the right food for my baby puppy and explained the daily management aspects in detail. He answered all my questions with clarity and genuine care, which made me feel very confident about my pup’s health and nutrition. Highly recommended for anyone looking for compassionate and professional pet care! 🐾✨
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I had booked an appointment for 7 PM, but when I arrived, the staff said my appointment was not showing in the system. Because of this, I had to wait for nearly 40 minutes, which is unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff. They did not seem prepared to provide the service properly and even said that , hair would be left wet and that any issues that happen afterward would not be their responsibility. This kind of statement is very unprofessional and concerning for a client. Some of the staff members were also extremely rude, which made the entire experience very uncomfortable. I have been visiting this clinic for over a year and have purchased multiple packages from you. As a regular and loyal customer, I never expected to be treated this way. The way I was treated today made me feel as if customers do not matter once packages are sold.
