  We had an excellent experience at Vetic Pet Clinic, especially with Dr. Ashmeet Singh. After a very stressful experience at another hospital, Dr. Ashmeet Singh patiently explained our dog's condition, the treatment plan, and answered all our questions. He was honest, caring, and never made us feel pressured. The surgery estimate was fair and transparent, and our dog's operation was successfully completed. We were also informed that three follow-up visits within a week would be free, and if hospitalization was needed after surgery, the first 24 hours would be at no extra cost, which showed genuine concern for our pet's recovery. We are truly grateful to Dr. Ashmeet Singh and the entire Vetic team for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy veterinary treatment.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended! I cannot thank the team at Vetic enough for the incredible care they provided to my dog during a very difficult time. I rushed my 12-year-old dog to the clinic in an emergency, and her condition was extremely critical. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was professional, compassionate, and dedicated. The doctors handled her case with great expertise and transparency. They explained everything honestly and clearly, considering her age and serious condition, but they never gave up hope. My dog underwent surgery to remove her uterus, and afterward she received intensive care and constant monitoring. I was able to witness firsthand how carefully and tirelessly the team looked after her 24/7. A special thanks to Dr. Anand Sindhu, who led her treatment and surgery with exceptional skill and professionalism. My sincere gratitude also goes to Dr. Shubham Sharma Mandavya and Dr. Manish Chaudhary for their support and care throughout her recovery. Today, my dog has recovered beautifully, is back home, and is once again the happy little girl she used to be. ❤️ I would highly recommend Vetic to any pet parent looking for skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy veterinary care.   Got my dog groomed along with the pet certificate process, and everything was smooth. The staff was amazing, Manoj Kumar did a great grooming job, and the doctor was very kind and thorough during the check-up. Must recommended clinic.

  Extremely painful, unprofessional, and unacceptable experience. We lost our beloved pet due to a serious mistake made by this clinic, and the emotional trauma this has caused is something we will never forget. We trusted this clinic with a life that was family to us, and that trust was completely shattered. There was zero internal communication among the staff and doctors. Even after booking our appointment online, we received more than 6 calls from different people, all asking the same questions. The worst part was that we continued to receive calls even while we were physically standing at the billing counter. This clearly shows how disorganized and careless their system is. On top of this chaos, every single visit came with increased charges without any proper explanation or transparency. There was no clear treatment plan, no confident diagnosis, and no justification for why the costs kept going up. It felt like money was the priority, not medical care. After losing our pet due to their mistake, we went back to the clinic to request a refund, hoping at least for some accountability. Instead, the staff behaved in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner, completely ignoring our concerns. We were told things like “call whoever you want”, showing zero empathy, responsibility, or professionalism. This attitude toward grieving pet parents is completely unacceptable. A clinic that deals with lives should show compassion, coordination, and competence. Sadly, this place showed none of that. Pets are not business tools—they are family. I strongly warn other pet parents to think carefully before trusting this clinic. No amount of money can replace the loss we suffered here.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Vetic’s at-home veterinary consultation service. I booked a home visit for my dog, Shera, after he appeared to have suffered a back/hip sprain while playing. He was clearly in pain, so I paid the ₹200 consultation fee online and was given a 6:00 PM appointment. Unfortunately, the vet did not arrive at the scheduled time. When I called customer support, I was informed that the doctor was running behind due to back-to-back consultations. Around 7:10 PM, I finally received a call from the assigned veterinarian, Dr. Arzoo Sheoran. She asked about Shera’s condition, and I explained that he had a painful sprain in his lower back/hip area and needed to be examined as soon as possible. She assured me that she was on her way. About 20 minutes later, she called again and informed me that she had reached the location. However, she was at an entirely different address near Vasant Kunj. She shared screenshots showing that this incorrect location had been assigned through the Vetic app. I explained that this was clearly a technical issue on Vetic’s end, as I had manually granted location access during the booking process. I immediately shared my live location and requested her to check the distance. She informed me that my actual address was too far from where she was and stated that she would not be able to come. I requested that she escalate the issue to her manager or find an alternative solution because my dog was in significant pain and I had already been waiting since 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, my request was declined, and no effort was made to resolve the situation. As a customer, I do not expect to bear the consequences of a technical error in the company’s own application. I waited nearly two hours with a pet in pain, only to have the consultation cancelled due to a location issue that was not my fault. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability, empathy, and willingness to help. I hope Vetic improves both its technology and customer service processes. At-home veterinary services require reliability, especially when pets need urgent medical attention. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
