Very disappointing experience at Vetic Indirapuram.
We had a 4 PM grooming appointment and were told to arrive early, so we reached at 3:50 PM. After waiting 25 minutes, we were informed that no groomer was available and the wait could be up to 2 hours due to ongoing appointments but guess what we could easily see the groomers free in the camera.Whats the point of taking the appointment then?
Our dog was already wearing a muzzle and was clearly uncomfortable, yet there was no urgency or concern from the staff. When we connected to the main headquarters, the reception staff completely ignored us like no proper response, no eye contact, nothing.
We had also purchased a grooming package earlier after being repeatedly pushed to do so, but when we came for the last remaining session, we were told to come on a weekday. Not everyone is free on weekdays,what’s the point of selling packages then?
Very unprofessional and a waste of time.This was not for the first time this has happened.Definitely not recommended.

I took my pet to your clinic twice within a week, and unfortunately, both experiences were extremely disappointing.
First of all, I would like to appreciate your doctor. The doctor is excellent, very professional, and treats patients with great care and attention. I have absolutely no complaints about the medical treatment provided.
However, my experience with your staff and billing/call center department was pathetic. On both visits, at least one hour of my time was wasted unnecessarily. The information provided by your call center was completely different from what the clinic staff told me, which created confusion and inconvenience.
It also seemed that the staff was more focused on selling expensive packages than listening to the customer’s actual requirements. There appears to be very little regard for customers’ time, and the communication between departments is clearly lacking.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the coordination between your call center, billing department, and clinic staff so that other customers do not have to face the same issues.
The doctor is outstanding, but the overall experience was severely affected by the inefficiency of the support staff. It was a complete waste of time, and I am extremely disappointed with the service outside of the medical care itself.

We had a wonderful experience at this pet clinic. Dr. Anshul Sandhaan is extremely knowledgeable, patient and truly compassionate towards animals. He explained everything clearly and treated our pet with so much care and gentleness. The clinic is clean, well-maintained and the staff is very supportive. Good place for pets. My pet Gobhi taken a haircut from groomer Mr.Gopi he is very good and professional. My dog felt comfortable with him.

Very bad and pathetic service at Vetic Pet Clinic. Extremely disappointing experience with poor customer support and no proper resolution for customer concerns.What makes the situation even more frustrating is that whenever customers are sharing genuine feedback and reviews about their experience, it seems that the company is deleting negative reviews from their site instead of addressing the actual issues. My friend paid 4,500 for the membership for her pet but After making the payment, they are now claiming they have no data related to her account or membership. Even after providing payment proof and screenshots, the customer support team is not giving any proper response or solution.
Kindly stop fooling people around you
