I had taken my golden retriever for grooming to this place, their grooming space is a bit conjusted, It would be good if it was a lil spacious. My retriever was a bit noisy yet they handled him gently, the service was good. They also have variety of treats and medical assistance. Overall good experience.
I had a great experience at Vetic Pet Care for my cat’s grooming. Tasmiya was extremely kind, helpful, and guided me throughout the entire process. She made sure everything was smooth and comfortable, both for me and my pet. Really appreciate the care and professionalism - recommended!

Hello, This is a genuine feedback from a pet parent. I have four cats, and for the past one and a half years, I have been visiting Vetic Kalyan Nagar primarily because of Dr. Nitin. He is an excellent doctor and a wonderful human being. As pet parents, we always look for someone knowledgeable and trustworthy for our pets, and he truly stands out. However, when it comes to grooming services, I have some concerns. The staff handling grooming often seem inexperienced. I would strongly suggest that pet parents keep a close eye on their pets during grooming. I prefer not to say anything harsh, but I hope this concern is understood. Regarding pricing, the charges are quite high. While most of us don’t hesitate to spend on our pets, especially when it comes to their well-being, it’s worth mentioning that at similar price points, there are places offering more professional grooming services. The most concerning issue is the receptionist’s behaviour. This is not the first time I’ve faced this. The attitude towards pet parents is highly unprofessional and, at times, disrespectful. We come to the clinic with trust and hope for our pets, but the experience often feels disappointing. Whether we arrive on time or slightly delayed, the response remains rigid and lacks empathy. It’s even more disheartening to see how some pet parents are treated differently. Today’s experience was particularly upsetting. I brought my cat for grooming under a prepaid yearly package. I requested a haircut as an additional service and was willing to pay for it. Despite arriving on time for my 1 PM appointment, I was asked to wait until 4 PM just because the haircut wasn’t pre-booked. A simple adjustment could have been made, but instead, we had to insist firmly to get things moving. After all this, there was no doctor available for consultation. This raises a serious question — why such poor service and coordination? I am writing this not out of anger, but out of concern and love for pets. Their lives are precious, and they deserve care, respect, and professionalism. I hope this message helps other pet parents understand the situation, and I sincerely request Vetic Kalyan Nagar to improve both service quality and staff behaviour. Thank you.
