They put a cathedral on my cat, sent him home, and said they will be available 24x7 by call. But now no one is picking up the phone since as early as 8 pm. It is gross negligence and criminal apathy. I have called their number 10 times, their customer care connects me to the clinic every single time and then no one picks up. If you love your baby, don’t bring them here. I am learning it the hard way but you don’t have to.

Highly unprofessional and very commercial. They literally messed up a major detail for my cat’s blood test report. The report says breed-dog. How can someone rely on this. And the blood test and reports came in less than 24 hours which makes it also suspicious. If u are concerned about your pet pls take them somewhere else. Staff is also unable to communicate or work professionally
