We had a wonderful experience at Vetic pet Clinic! They did an excellent grooming job for our dog, Bageera. The staff was caring, patient, and made sure he was comfortable throughout the session. He came back looking clean, well-groomed, and so happy. Their attention to detail and love for pets really shows. Highly recommend Vetic to anyone looking for professional and compassionate grooming services. Thank you for taking such great care of Bageera! 🐾❤️

On 12th June, I got my cat’s neutering and spay surgery done. The process was smooth and fast. The blood test was booked on 11th June by customer support. Mr. ASHISH PANDEY was so helpful and supportive throughout, from the test to the surgery. Dr. Dharna Jha took the blood sample so gently without any pain. A big thank you to Dr. Sudarshan for the surgery and proper follow-ups. Touchwood, my pets are absolutely fine and happy now. The whole staff including Mr. Pritam was very friendly and caring. Absolutely 10/10 service!

I am reporting this to relevant authorities as Vetic wants to shield the negligence. Formal Complaint: Negligence in Post-Operative Care Resulting in Death of Cat – Indra (01.01.2025) I am writing this email with deep grief and distress to formally report negligence and lack of due medical care by your veterinarian at Vetic Kandivali, which resulted in the death of my cat, Indra. On 01.01.2025, I brought Indra, a free-roaming cat under my care, to your Kandivali clinic as he was bleeding from the mouth. After examination, your veterinarian diagnosed that Indra’s teeth were broken and decayed and advised that dental extraction was required. The procedure was carried out at your clinic. Post-procedure, Indra was safely kept in a cage at his usual location for observation. However, he bled excessively through the night. Early the next morning, I immediately brought Indra back to the same veterinarian and showed him clear photographs evidencing significant blood loss from the mouth. Despite being presented with visible proof of continuous bleeding after a dental procedure, the veterinarian stated that he “could not see any bleeding points” in the mouth and took no corrective or preventive action. No emergency intervention, no saline support, no observation, and no admission for monitoring was advised or initiated. Indra was sent back with me. Within approximately one hour of returning, Indra began bleeding again. I immediately called the same veterinarian and informed him that the bleeding had resumed. At this point, instead of addressing the emergency himself, he advised me to consult another veterinarian from the same clinic chain, stating that a senior doctor there “might be more competent.” This statement itself is alarming. If the treating veterinarian believed he was not competent to handle a post-operative complication, he should have escalated the matter immediately in the morning itself, retained the cat under observation, or ensured emergency stabilisation. Sending a bleeding animal away without monitoring or intervention amounts to gross negligence. Due to the failure to act in time and the lack of appropriate post-operative care, Indra continued to bleed and ultimately passed away. I request the following from your end within 7 days of receipt of this email: A complete written explanation of the diagnosis, dental procedure performed, and post-operative assessment. Clarification on why no emergency measures or observation were initiated despite clear signs of blood loss. Details of the veterinarian(s) involved, including qualifications and roles. Please note that this email is being sent as a formal record. In the absence of a satisfactory response, I will be constrained to escalate this matter to the State Veterinary Council, Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, and other appropriate authorities for negligence and deficiency in service. This communication is written in pain, but also with the expectation of accountability from a professional medical establishment. Sincerely,
