Very convenient & comfortable. Great app so you don’t miss out on consultations. Your pers deserve this. Dr. Abhijith was very helpful & more importantly, caring & friendly towards pets, like he care about ‘em. Staff was also really friendly & helpful!

I had booked a home vet visit for my kitten. Dr. Nibetha/Niveditha and her assistant visited. They were very rough and unprofessional with my cat. They took her temperature four times just because they couldn't hold her properly. Infact when my kitten needed to get a deworming tablet, her assistant and myself were administering the tablet, where as the vet doctor did nothing, what is the point if i have to hold my cat while her assistant does the work, which infact he failed at because my cat threw out the tablet, as she was not held in a position that is comfortable enough for her to swallow the tablet. Then they said ki we cannot administer again, you give it in her food. I could've just gotten the tablet myself and mixed right? why did i book an appointment for a vet dic then? and i kept asking them to check her vitals as they only initiated check-in temperature. I had to ask them to check her heartbeat, weight, dental, ears etc. And the vet said she would be sending a report through the mail, i waited for 2 weeks and no response. now when i called the customer support, they are informing me that i can find the report on the app, why was this not communicated to me by the vet? and after such a terrible experience, i asked how can this complaint be addressed, the customer support said we cannot do anything but share feedback. I asked them for another home vet visit, and asked to waiver off the visit fee and just charge me MRP for the treatment, they said it's not possible, then please make me understand why does this support exist if they are not capable of solving complaints. I explained to the executive that imagine my kitten's state and agony, when a thermometer is inserted into her rectum FOUR TIMES, that too without any lubrication, his response to that was in the report my cat is observed as active and alert, yes ofcourse she's going to be alert because she was not handled properly. then he corrects himself and says he's not blaming my cat. I had the worst experience with Vetic. I approached them today as i wanted to book another appointment but after the response, I'd rather not go to Vetic ever.
Very nice haircut they do,and also very good staffs they have, Thank you vetic. I'll visit again'.
