The staff, manager, and doctor were extremely patient, friendly, and caring throughout our visit. My cats’ medication and treatment were handled very well from start to finish, and we were given clear and easy-to-follow instructions. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the entire team. Highly recommended!

Such an annoying experience. They are just pushing sales so much so that we were uncomfortable. Every little thing is an add-on. And we just want peace ✌🏻, stop mercilessly pushing customers to buy more stuff. No we don't want anything else. The core job of grooming was not upto the mark. Supertails is so much better experience, we only went to Vetic because slots were not available, but never again.
