  Very disappointing customer service. Due to a video consult issue, I made a several call and was assured that my dog gets treated asap. Despite raising multiple complaints and following up repeatedly, I received different assurances, but the doc was not available to consult. What is most frustrating is that my complaints were marked “Resolved” even though the issue was still pending. Customers should not been given Fake info Abt the memberships. Extremely disappointing. I don't recommend vetic The staff is good but provides fake information regarding memberships and customer problems have not been given priority .i won't recommend vetic to anyone

  Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. People on the phone promise a certain time of appointment but when you go to the clinic, you’ll learn they have their own schedules. People on the phone are more interested in selling packages! My dog had an emergency and was made to wait until 3-4 other appointments were completed. I repeatedly called the customer service people - there is no coordination between the call center reps and the on ground staff! I understand that other appointments may be equally important however the call center reps could have checked for schedules before promising an appointment time. Never returning to this place. This business does not value your time or your pets medical emergency! this is specifically for Vetic NIBM

  “0” stars. This outlet has pathetic appointment management. Staff said you need to wait for another 30-45 minutes. I had an appointment at 3pm. I reached on time, waited for 15 minutes and then asked what’s going on. The staff said as we started late for a German shepherd we need another 30-40 minutes which clearly wasn’t the case. Grooming a big dog takes more than an hour. I already waited around 15 minutes from my appointment time. Everything can’t be put on this Review, just want to say if you care for your pet please don’t visit this outlet . Take services from a different pet clinic in this area. BTW I have already paid for a package for grooming and bath. I am not going to use it anymore considering the staff behaviour. Online customer service couldn’t help and even did not bother to callback with a resolution or at least an apology.

  Mr.vikas pawar is very good in handling the pet the grooming skill are good the behaviour with the pet is good
