  They misguided with the price and gave the worst haircut to my pup saying he has knots. I completely agree w the knots part but i have been to many groomers. This how my babies hair was and they did this haircut for 2,500 when the app was showing 1800. When complained to customer care they said they couldnt do anything about it

  I had an absolutely terrible experience at Vetic Client. Yesterday, I took my pet Shadow in for treatment, and while the care for my dog was okay, the billing process was an absolute nightmare. At the time of payment, the clinic staff aggressively tried to push a membership on us, which we clearly declined. Yet, without our consent, they added a charge of ₹1899 to the bill. After returning home, we checked the invoice on their app and realized the wrongful charge. We immediately contacted customer care, but since yesterday, it's been a back-and-forth process. They keep telling us to wait, have no contact number for the branch, and refuse to take responsibility. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We did not agree to any membership, and yet we are being forced to pay for something we never wanted. Zero stars for this pathetic handling of a simple billing issue. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this clinic.

  This was a very bad experience. They are charging extremely high amounts that a middle-class family simply cannot afford. When I called to book an appointment, I was told that after a discount, the visiting charge would be ₹640. However, when I received the bill, they charged ₹840. On the first day, the treatment cost ₹5,596, and on the second day, just for dressing, they charged ₹3,000. In just two days, the total cost is ₹9000. It honestly feels like every visit results in a bill of at least ₹3000. We go there trusting them to save our cat’s life, but instead of proper care, it feels like we are being overcharged. This is very disappointing. If this continues, where are we supposed to go? They claim to care for animals, but this experience feels more like exploitation than genuine treatment.” I never visit again at Vetic third class experience ever they only taking the money👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  Unprofessional and Unsafe – Do NOT Trust Them With Your Dog I took my 5-year-old Beagle, Grace, to Vetic Clinic, Sanpada for a grooming session, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. When Grace came back from the wash, she had a visible mark/injury on her leg and was clearly terrified. Even their on-site veterinarian questioned us about the mark right after the session—proving it wasn't there before. We confirmed she had zero injuries when we dropped her off. When I called the Sanpada clinic to address this, a staff member named Deepak simply dodged responsibility and transferred my call to customer support, who was completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, when I requested CCTV footage of the grooming/washing session to see what happened, they refused, claiming they only have a "live feed" and don't store footage. There has been zero follow-up or resolution from their end since. This place lacks basic transparency, safety, and accountability. Please do not trust Vetic Sanpada with your beloved pets.
