⭐ 1 Star Absolutely disappointed with the way this clinic treats its customers. The doctors is good, but the front-desk staff completely ruin the experience. I was charged ₹500 more than the amount shown on my invoice. When I pointed it out, instead of simply checking the invoice, Pallavi immediately denied it. Even after I repeatedly requested her to verify the bill, she refused. Sreenivas also joined in and supported her without even bothering to check the records. Both of them were rude, dismissive, and more interested in arguing than helping. This isn’t even the first time. On my previous visit, I paid for medicines but they were never given to me. I had to travel all the way back to the clinic after realizing it at home. Again, Pallavi denied everything and argued that no medicine was pending. Only after I insisted several times did she finally check the bill and realize the doctor had prescribed it and I had already paid. Not even a simple “sorry” for wasting my time. I also paid for a membership through the app. Every time I asked about my membership benefits, the answer was, “It’s an app glitch.” Customer care confirmed that my membership was active, yet the reception still kept insisting it was a glitch. I paid a huge amount for this membership because it includes free services, but instead of receiving the benefits, I was made to argue for something I had already paid for. The fake smile at the reception disappears the moment you question a bill or ask them to verify something. Instead of listening, they argue. Instead of checking records, they deny. Instead of apologizing after making a mistake, they act as if the customer is the problem. If customers have to fight just to get the services they’ve already paid for, something is seriously wrong. The management should seriously review the behaviour and professionalism of the reception staff. This level of arrogance, poor customer service, and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially in a place where people come seeking care for their pets.

Very disappointing and heartbreaking experience at Vetic Clinic, Sarjapur. I am writing this review after a very upsetting incident, and people should know how things are actually handled here, especially in emergency cases. I brought a stray puppy (around 4–5 months old) to the clinic in critical condition. The puppy had extremely shallow breathing and looked like she might not survive, so I rushed 30 minutes in an auto to bring her here because this was the nearest clinic I knew, and I had previously visited with my own dog for vaccination. The doctor examined the puppy and said it could be a severe infection. IV drip and inhalation were started, and I was told to make the payment immediately so the blood tests could be sent to the lab and the reports would come in about an hour. Since I was paying from my own pocket for a stray animal, I asked if there was any stray discount. The receptionist first said there was none, but when I asked the doctor directly, I was told there actually IS a stray discount (20%) and the receptionist had given wrong information. This already showed how poorly things are managed inside the clinic. The main issue happened after the payment. I paid around ₹4000 because I was told the reports would come quickly and treatment could start immediately. Only after the payment was completed, I was told that the lab was already closed and the reports would only come the next day. In a life-and-death situation, this information should have been told before taking the payment. The way this was handled made it feel like the clinic already knew the reports would not come the same day, but chose not to say it until after the billing was done. If I had known earlier, I would have immediately taken the puppy to another hospital like Cessna or any proper emergency facility where tests could be done the same day and treatment could start without wasting time. Because of the way this was handled, it honestly felt like the priority was money, not the animal’s life. When someone brings a critically ill stray animal and is willing to spend their own money to save it, the least expected from a veterinary clinic is honesty and urgency. Instead, I was asked to pay first and informed later that nothing more could be done that day. After leaving the clinic, the puppy’s condition became worse. I tried calling multiple times to speak to the doctor for guidance, but I was told the doctor had already left and nobody could advise anything. The puppy died the same night. I understand that not every life can be saved, but this did not feel like a medical limitation. It felt like the situation was not handled with seriousness, responsibility, or basic compassion. The overall experience made it seem like billing and payment were more important than actually trying to save the animal. Because of this experience, I do not trust this clinic at all and would not recommend it to anyone, especially in emergency situations. Please be very careful, because in my experience it felt like money mattered more here than the life of the animal.

I had a bad experience at Vetic Pet Clinic when I brought my bird in for an emergency and was told they only treat dogs and cats. It would be helpful if this is clearly mentioned while the clinic advertises itself as a Pet Clinic, as it could save time in urgent situations.
