I have come here twice for my cat and had a great experience each time. The doctor hears you out and takes the time to examine your pet thoroughly. They also have a huge selection of packaged food and accessories for dogs and cats. The helpers, the reception staff... everyone is helpful and makes sure you are comfortable with their services.
Dr. Devansh at Vetic Faridabad is wonderful with our dog, Leo. He is caring, patient, and always takes the time to answer our questions. We also had a great grooming experience. The team listened to our needs and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend! 🐾
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with this clinic. Even after booking an online appointment and receiving a confirmation, when I traveled 18 km with my pet to the clinic, the person at the reception simply said that no slots were available and my appointment couldn’t be accommodated. It was a complete waste of my time, effort, and travel expenses. Absolutely ridiculous service! On top of that, the staff’s behavior and way of speaking were extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never visit this clinic again, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
This Vetics outlet is nice, clean and spacious. Docs are really nice/experienced and they devote a lot of time to examine the root cause of the issue. Best part is their spa services. We took our golden retriever here and Sunny did a marvelous job in bathing him. Highly recommend this outlet for your furry friend's grooming.
Dr. Devansh at Vetic Faridabad is an excellent veterinarian. He handled my pet dogs, Bruno and Loyei, with so much care, patience, and professionalism. He was very gentle with them and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. It’s obvious that he truly cares about animals and their well-being. I’m extremely satisfied with the treatment and highly recommend Dr. Devansh to all pet parents.
