I had a horrible experience with this clinic. I ordered a dog food with 100% advance payment with a full assurances that they will deliver the food next day or maximum the day after. After two days of waiting when I didn’t get the food or any update I visited the shop again. But then they told me that they were trying to call me but I didn’t pick. They wanted my confirmation as the food expiry date left only 3 months. I don’t hv any other option as I need the food urgently, so I agreed and they told me it will be delivered next day. But agin after two days of waiting I visited the store and they informed package is in transit and it will be delivered next day. Next day evening when I reached them, they told me package was damaged in transit and can not be delivered. For all of this, I was forced to fed my dog a different food for two weeks. Now I am waiting for my money back. They told me that they will transfer the money within 3-4 days, just like they did my package. I just wanted to share my experience with all of you and suggest you to go for any alternative options.

“I’ve been taking both my dogs to Vetic and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Handling one dog is hard enough, but they manage both of mine with so much patience and care. They always come back looking great and, more importantly, happy and comfortable. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals, not just the grooming. Highly recommend!”
