Extremely disappointing experience with Vetic Noida. I purchased a membership worth approximately ₹5,000, expecting regular grooming services for my pet. Unfortunately, it has now been almost a year, and I have barely been able to use the benefits because every visit comes with a new issue, excuse, or staff shortage. I have visited 4–5 times for a simple dog bath, and almost every time I was told there was only one staff member available or that the service could not be provided. The information given by different employees is often inconsistent, which creates confusion and wastes customers’ time. Even after booking slots. My most recent experience was especially frustrating. I had a grooming appointment scheduled, but due to traffic I was slightly delayed. Despite still having sufficient time before the next booking, I was informed that the bath could not be done. No effort was made to accommodate the appointment or offer an alternative solution. What made the experience worse was the attitude at the reception desk guy Arif. Instead of listening to customer concerns and trying to resolve the issue, I was met with arguments and an unhelpful approach. Customer service should be about finding solutions, not creating more frustration. The most disappointing part is that I paid around ₹5,000 for a membership and feel that the money has been completely wasted. After nearly a year of unsuccessful attempts to avail services, I genuinely regret purchasing the membership. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, improves staffing and customer service, and considers providing a refund or fair resolution for customers who have been unable to use the services they paid for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Vetic Noida’s grooming services.
