The experience at Vetic Noida Sector 49 is getting worse with time, Today we came for our baby bath which was scheduled for 12 pm , waited one hour still our turn didn't came , Seems there was water shortage and some pets were left half bathed, we had to return without getting bathed..wasted 2-3 hours and nothing was done.

The clinic is quite big, clean and well maintained. We took our dog Garth to the clinic for treatment. The supporting staff and the Veterinary Doctor were easily available there.They were well behaved and expert in their job. The treatment was given immediately and no waiting. The TREATMENT COST IS HIGH and I feel that must be looked into. Overall experience is not bad.
0 Star if thats an option. I book the night slot and told them its an emeegency and we cannot wait. The staff said we are professional over here and we will check your pet in if there is no emergency. When we reached there they said 30 mins waiting then after 30 mins they said it'll take 1 more hr we were waiting fir our pet to be checked. When the time come they don't have medic facilities on grd floor its in basement with no lift and the grd floor is for pet products and when we were taking him downstairs it was too late for him. God bless his soul.
Not satisfied with the treatment given to my dog. They charged complete MRP for single dose of injection and for the drip as well. I visited twice and my dog was suffering from saviour pain and no one even looked at him for 1 and half hour. It is just a way of doing business thing for them and they dont even bother to take a look on pets condition. No benifit of going after booking appointments because they dont follow process. Not happy with the treatment, not happy with the appointment service and it is very costly. My dog is still suffering from same conditions.
