This was my second time at vetic my first experience was decent but the second one was pathetic and horrible. I told them strictly to not cut this much hair as its winter time my dog had knots all over i told them to cut the knots but not to cut this much hair and they went and did exactly that and also while cutting her nails they cut a little too deep on one of the nail and blood came out like what the hell? Couldn’t have been gentle with my baby. Very very very poor and pathetic service i hated it i even today itself bought the supreme package which included 5 full grooming sessions i am so glad i hadnt paid the whole amount in advance but im so disappointed that i paid the full amount for this one .
We talked to the manager and everything even they were so unhelpful and very rude poor staff members hated it we asked for a refund and they declined. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NEVER VISIT VETIC THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Had a very good experience at this clinic. Staff was polite and cooperative. Charges were reasonable for the quality of care provided. Would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

One of the worst people. They would give you an appointment, in my case a video call appointment. Doctor Alka Kumari never turned up online. There's no way you can complain, their centralised helpline would hang up on your call in disguise of forwarding the call. So basically urbpet suffers in all this drama. Pathetic over-all experience despite having a membership. Same way they mess up your pre paid orders where delivery guys start fighting with you regarding mismatch in delivery fee at their backend. Sad condition, pathetic response!
Edit: Look at their feedback downbelow 😂😂, so they got to know about the travails of a pet parent in 3 weeks time. Their scripted, SOP response in itself is superficial and reeks of unaccountability only. No wonder, Supertails and Petric are doing better than them

very bad experience. inexperienced groomer, not at all versed with handling pets. casual attitude of the admin staff at the reception. wasted money in the prepaid package.
There is no grievance resolution provided by Vetic even after raising concerns over the app. They said there is no solution for a prepaid package customer unless Vetic vet confirms that the pet is physically hurt at the Vetic center.

Horrible experience. Inhumane people. My wife took a severely ill stray from the streets from urgent treatment. They asked her to go somewhere else as they do not treat such cases. I used to be a regular customer with three of my dogs going there. But now will completely avoid them. People who are not kind towards animals who need help have no right to stay in this business. Shame on you!
