We took our 4-year-old Shih Tzu, Cheeku, to Vetic for a routine bath session on 24th April 2026. She was in good health at the time of entering the grooming room. Within 10–15 minutes of starting the service—during what was supposed to be a basic bath session—she suffered a severe eye proptosis and had to undergo emergency surgery. This raises serious concerns about the handling protocols and staff training at the facility. A routine grooming appointment should not result in such a critical injury, especially within minutes of starting a basic service. Despite multiple requests, there has been no clear explanation of what exactly happened during the session. The facility has multiple cameras installed, yet the CCTV footage has not been shared. We were informed that the cameras are only used for live monitoring and no recordings are maintained. In a facility with 15–20 cameras, this raises concerns about how these feeds are being actively monitored, by whom, and what security protocols are in place to ensure incidents are identified and addressed in real time. We are also concerned to learn that this may not be an isolated incident, which makes the lack of transparency even more worrying. We have filed a police complaint and are awaiting further investigation. Pet owners trust such facilities with their animals’ safety. That trust requires accountability, transparency, and proper safety standards, which is lacking here. Please exercise caution before entrusting your pets to this facility.

I had a wonderful experience at Vetic Pet Care, Sohna Road. My Shih Tzu puppy, Dugu, is currently undergoing his vaccination schedule here, and I am very happy with the care and attention he has received. A special thanks to Dr. Trisha Singhal for her professionalism, patience, and the way she explains everything clearly. She has made every visit comfortable and reassuring. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Krishna and the entire Vetic staff for their friendly, helpful, and caring attitude. Their love for pets truly shows in the way they treat every animal. A big thank you to Mr. Sumit from the grooming team as well. He did an excellent job grooming Dugu, and the experience was smooth and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend Vetic Pet Care, Sohna Road to every pet parent looking for quality veterinary care and professional grooming services. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of Dugu!

The experience was great until a recent incident My shih tzu was returned absolutely shaved and the private area was carelessly handled which resulted in inflamation n redness extremely painful for us overall. He had a few razor cuts on his nose as well as paw Wouldn't recommend since they clearly take in ppl with n without experience

I had a very mixed and ultimately heartbreaking experience with Vetic Pet Clinic. The doctor and most of the medical staff were polite and quick to act, which I genuinely appreciate. However, the experience at the reception completely changed my perception. There is a skinny bearded staff member at the front desk who seemed extremely money-minded and showed little to no concern for my pet’s condition. My Golden Retriever was critically sick, and instead of focusing on immediate and relevant care, we were repeatedly pushed to get multiple tests done. I had a strong feeling that some of these tests were not directly related to the problem, but given how serious my pup’s condition was, I felt I had no choice but to proceed. Despite all the tests and IV treatments, his condition barely improved. We then rushed him to the Vetic Pet Hospital Sector 45. After reviewing all the reports, the doctor there told us that the tests we had previously done were essentially useless and that a different blood test was actually required. Hearing that, especially after the time lost, was devastating. Instead of focusing on proper diagnosis and timely treatment, it felt like the initial clinic was more focused on generating revenue than identifying the root cause of the illness. Unfortunately, due to the delay in correct treatment, I lost my pup. I would strongly urge the management to train their front-desk staff to be more empathetic and responsible, especially when dealing with critical cases. Pet owners come in during extremely stressful moments and deserve honesty, urgency, and care—not unnecessary procedures.

Worst experience. These guys are just there to give false promises on dog food. I ordered 12 kg N&D dog food with confirmation that it will be delivered within 24 hours. However it's fourth day and still delivery is not done. We have been chasing daily Aman. Now today surprisingly aman calls up and says that prices are increased and you need to pay 1200 rs more. I paid full amount of Rs 8150 and now my money is stuck. On asking refund stories are being cooked up. These guys are refusing to give me receipt of payment and just saying that amount is in wallet. Company official is also of no use and no help ,ASM Mr Jaswinder Never seen such pathetic centre
