The Vetic clinic is excellent for dogs. I always take my Lhasa Apso, Eva, there for checkups as well as spa and grooming services. Dr. Rahul is outstanding—especially for first-time visits, as he explains everything in detail and ensures you understand your pet’s needs. The other doctors are also very knowledgeable and caring. The only downside is that this branch is not open 24/7 like some other Vetic clinics. In case of emergencies, we need to go to the Andheri or Chembur branches. The staff is very polite, helpful, and professional. They also offer membership plans that cover vaccinations, spa, and grooming, which are worth considering. Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone with a dog or cat. 10/10 experience!

“Very disappointing experience with Ghodbunder Road manpada branch vetic pet clinic. After the grooming session (bath and hair cut), my cat developed a full-body skin infection with white patches, redness, and itching. She was completely fine before the visit, and the condition started afterward. This has caused a lot of stress and required extra care and treatment. I expected proper hygiene and safe products for pets, but unfortunately my experience was the opposite. I would not recommend this grooming service to cat owners.”

I recently took my dog Bruno for his yearly vaccination and nail trimming, and it was a wonderful experience. Bruno usually gets very anxious and reactive during vet visits — it normally takes 3–4 people to hold him for vaccines or grooming. But the staff here handled him so calmly and kindly. They were very polite, well-behaved, and clearly well-trained. Dr. Rahul Mate was amazing — very kind, smart, and gentle with Bruno. He treated him with great care and patience, which made the whole process much smoother than expected. I truly appreciate how professional and compassionate the entire team was. Highly recommend this clinic for pet parents who want their pets to be treated with love and respect! 🐾

The staff overall is nice, and the doctors are polite and explain everything clearly about pet. However, I wasn’t satisfied with the grooming service that day. I got my dog’s haircut done, and it didn’t turn out well. I had shown a reference, and while I understand it may not be followed exactly, the result could have been much better. The haircut looked uneven, and I also noticed a few minor cuts on my pet, which was concerning. I hope they improve the quality of their grooming services.

Atleast a better place to take your pet in case of complications and consultation. Doctor who attended my pet was a lady, well experienced and prompt as well. She was very informative and responsive. She understood criticality of the situation and responded accordingly.
