Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with Vetic. Their team called me multiple times, insisting that I visit their Vasant Kunj branch, even though I clearly wanted to go to the GK branch. They kept convincing me that Vasant Kunj would be the better option. After I reached the clinic, everything changed. They started making excuses about not having enough time and said they were unable to calm my pet. What shocked me the most was how unprofessional and inexperienced the staff seemed. They didn't know how to handle a pet properly and lacked the patience and confidence that you expect from trained professionals. Instead of making my pet feel safe and comfortable, the entire handling made both me and my pet stressed. Rather than helping, they expected me to do everything myself while they just stood there. If I have to handle my pet on my own, what is the purpose of visiting a veterinary clinic? To make matters worse, the person who repeatedly called me to convince me to visit stopped answering my calls once I reached the clinic. I only received a text saying they couldn't help. After making me travel all the way there, they simply walked away from the situation. This entire experience felt misleading. They wasted my time, gave false assurances, and provided a level of service that was far below what was promised. Based on my experience, the staff's pet-handling skills and customer service were extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend Vetic to any pet parent. Save your time and choose a clinic where both you and your pet are treated with care and professionalism.

I had a really good experience and my dog was handled so nicely. Manish is an excellent groomer. He is very professional, patient, and does his work with great care. The grooming was done very neatly and my pet was handled very comfortably. I highly recommend Manish for grooming services. Anyone visiting the branch should definitely meet him for grooming. Highly satisfied!
