Worst and most frustrating scheduling experience at Vetic, Wakad. I booked a 12:00 PM Spa Bath & Haircut appointment for both of my pets, Bella and Brownie. Without even checking with me, the clinic unilaterally changed one of the appointments to 4:00 PM. To make matters worse, they later called to cancel completely, claiming the hair groomer wasn't available today. When I questioned the timing change, a staff member named Shubham flat-out lied to me regarding the original appointment times. This is now the THIRD time this has happened. It’s becoming very clear how their business model works: they eagerly take your money upfront for a yearly package, but then push your appointments aside to prioritize non-package clients who pay out of pocket on the spot. If you hold a package, expect endless cancellations and flimsy excuses. Highly unprofessional—save your money and do not buy their yearly packages if you value your time.
