  I had such a great experience with this pet grooming service! They handled my Husky with so much patience and care, which honestly means everything because we all know Huskies can be a little dramatic 😅 A special thank you to Naveena and Simnta for taking such amazing care of my boy. They were extremely gentle, professional, and made sure he was comfortable throughout the entire session. He had a really good bath and haircut, and he came out looking fresh, and super happy!. Highly recommended to anyone who wants their fur baby to be in safe and caring hands! 🐾✨

  WE NEED IMMEADIATE SOLUTION FOR THE TRAUMA YOU CAUSED OUR TOM AND US ! I am beyond distressed by my experience at VETIC Pet Clinic, Yelahanka. On July 4th, I took my Persian cat, Mr. Tom, for a grooming session, which included bathing, nail trimming, and dental cleaning. During the visit, a free checkup was offered by Dr. Kalander Basha. Although Tom's vaccinations were due only in September, we were repeatedly advised to proceed immediately with vaccinations, deworming, and a spot on treatment. As first time pet parents, we trusted the doctor's professional advice and agreed to the recommended procedures. Shortly after returning home, Tom's condition deteriorated dramatically. He started vomiting, developed severe breathing difficulties, experienced reverse sneezing episodes, and struggled to breathe properly. He became weak and collapsed. We were later informed that these symptoms could have been related to complications following grooming or the administration of the deworming medication. At the same time, Tom began drooling excessively, with continuous foam and saliva coming out of his mouth. His condition became so critical that we genuinely feared for his life. Watching our beloved pet suffer in this way was heartbreaking. When we contacted the clinic in panic, expecting immediate medical guidance, we were told to wait 24 hours for a virtual consultation. Had we followed that advice, the outcome could have been devastating. Instead, we rushed Tom to another veterinary hospital, where he required emergency care, oxygen support, nebulization, blood tests, scans, and continuous monitoring over the next several days. What is even more disappointing is that despite sharing reports, medical records, and details of what happened, we have received no meaningful response, accountability, or concern from the clinic. As pet owners, we place immense trust in veterinary professionals. In this case, that trust was completely shattered. I am sharing this review to create awareness among fellow pet parents. Please ask questions, seek second opinions when necessary, and ensure you fully understand every procedure being recommended for your pet. Our pets cannot speak for themselves, and they depend entirely on us to protect them.

  Had a good experience. Visited there for general checkup and vaccination of my pet. Clinic was neat and hygienic .vet assistant Nagaraj did a wonderful job in handling my pet. Dr Ajay was very knowledgeable and professional. We had very smooth vaccination process.Dr also explained about the pros and cons of neutering the pet. As I had taken membership package,i will definitely visit regularly here for my pet.
