I have all the relevant documents, including Simba’s vaccination card. If you still want to argue this matter, we can take it to court and let the judge decide how a “bone stuck in the stomach” case later turned into distemper. If the bone obstruction had been properly diagnosed and treated earlier, Simba might have survived. I was also out of India during that time. His vaccine was due on 18 November, and distemper was diagnosed on 15 January. That is why I wrote the review and questioned whether the vaccine failed or was of poor quality. Senior doctors from Hisar have also told me that if a vaccinated dog reaches such a severe stage of distemper, there are serious concerns that should be addressed properly.
