The doctor is fine only. Gives decently fine treatment. But the clinic is into breeding shitzu dogs and they keep them in pathetic conditions and I find it very unethical. It’s not open 24 hours. The opening hours are wrong.
Leaving your pet behind at this clinic feels less like trust—and more like betrayal. A friend of mine entrusted Vets For Pets Dog Clinic with her dog for a short observation, believing they’d provide the professional care they advertise. She couldn’t have been more wrong. When she returned earlier than expected, what she told me shook me: dogs were being handled roughly, pulled by the scruff with no gentleness or regard. One was crying in its cage, clearly in pain, while the staff laughed it off as “drama.” Water bowls were either empty or knocked over, and one dog had soiled itself, left unattended, lying in the mess. I overheard a staff member mocking a pet owner on the phone just minutes before putting on a sugary voice to talk to them. What was worse? Medications were being sorted casually, with no name tags in sight, what guarantee does any pet parent have that their animal is being given the right treatment? I later discovered they’d injected a wrong supplement into my dog without prior consultation or consent. Clinics like this don’t just damage pets, they break the sacred trust between animal and human. I urge every guardian: never leave your pet alone here. You deserve better, and so does your companion.
I had an amazing experience here. I'm a student living in Delhi, while my dog is back at my hometown. I usually take medicines and food from here for both my dog and the street dogs in Delhi. One day, my dog fell seriously ill, and unfortunately, the vet in my hometown couldn’t help much. But with just a video consultation from here, she recovered within three days! I’m so grateful for their help and care. I now turn to them whenever I have any issue, and they always provide the right solution. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their dog to be truly cared for and healed with love.
If you’re looking for a place where animals are treated like burdens and pet parents like wallets, you’ve found it. I had a deeply disappointing experience at Vets For Pets Dog Clinic. The staff displayed highly unprofessional behavior, both in their treatment of pet guardians and, more alarmingly, in their handling of the animals. I was horrified to witness one staff member yelling at a barking puppy left in their care with the threat, “Chup ho ja warna chaante marunga” and then the staff laughed. a shocking display of aggression and negative reinforcement that no clinic caring for animals should ever tolerate. I visited only to collect medication for my puppy’s mite infection, yet the staff began criticizing his size, guilt-tripping me about his diet, and trying to upsell expensive syrups and supplements. When I refused, I was met with judgmental remarks and visible disappointment, as though my concern for his health depended on how much I was willing to spend. To make matters worse, I noticed they still stocked expired products, so always double-check expiry dates before purchasing anything from here. Clinics like this must be held accountable for prioritizing profit over compassion and care. Would never recommend anyone!
This clinic is very good for pets🐈🐶. The staff and doctors here are very helpful and caring😊. You can trust them completely. They are very responsible and experienced. I also bring my cats here and the service and treatment here is also very good❤️❤️.
