I had a great experience at the clinic run by Dr. Jagdish Chaubey & Dr. Anup pandey. The facility is well-equipped and offers complete care for pets under one roof. From advanced diagnostic services like ultrasound and X-ray to a well-maintained grooming center and pet shop, everything is handled professionally.
Dr. Chaubey &Dr.Pandey is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about animals. The staff is also friendly and supportive, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The grooming services are excellent, and the pet shop has all essential products available.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and comprehensive veterinary care!

"I had a wonderful experience at Vets and Pets Clinic. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and very pet-friendly. Dr. Jagdish Chaubey is highly knowledgeable, caring, and professional. He takes the time to thoroughly examine pets, explains the treatment clearly, and genuinely cares about their well-being. Instead of taking responsibility for the way pets and their owners are treated, the clinic seems more focused on managing its online reputation.
The flood of overly positive reviews raises serious concerns about their authenticity. What pet parents need is accountability, transparency, and genuine care for animals—not an attempt to bury legitimate concerns under questionable praise.
The attitude, behavior, and handling of pets that I experienced were deeply disappointing, and no amount of glowing reviews can change that.
And the sad part what makes this even more concerning is seeing clinic staff and helpers posting reviews themselves so they could push genuine pet owner’s reviews further down

Worst clinic experience I’ve ever had. They showed very little compassion or care toward animals. I brought my cat in hoping for answers and proper treatment, but they were unable to identify the issue and did not give my pet the attention she deserved. Instead, they kept administering injections without clearly explaining the diagnosis or treatment plan. If they were unable to determine the problem, they should have honestly referred me to another veterinarian. My pet is not a test subject—she deserved thoughtful, attentive care.Just heart-less people.

A little update for Dr. Anoop — my cat gracy is now completely healthy and fine, she got all her hair back unlike what dr anoop told me when he said she wouldn’t be treated anywhere else.
There were multiple misdiagnoses like cortisol test,diabetes test,thyroid test,blood test etc basically every test except the skin culture test and she was unnecessarily put on steroid medication on his instructions .
The actual issue was Malassezia, a skin condition that got triggered after her spay surgery here, but it was constantly denied by the clinic.
After finally getting the correct diagnosis and proper treatment elsewhere, she is now healthy, active, and fit again.
Just an FYI to the doctor.
If any other cat comes to you with the skin issue ,try doing a skin culture test first instead of rushing into injections and your unnecessary medications

I am sharing my experience with a great deal of disappointment,
Dr. Anoop Pandey may be adequate for handling very basic pet issues.
However, when it comes to serious or complicated medical conditions,
my experience suggests that the clinic is not equipped to diagnose or treat them effectively.
I had my cat spayed under his supervision, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently negative since then.
Within a few months, my cat developed a severe fungal infection across her body.
What was most concerning was the lack of seriousness with which this issue was handled.
Instead of identifying and treating the root cause, the doctor administered multiple steroid injections, which only worsened her condition over time.
I was repeatedly advised to undergo numerous tests, all of which were quite expensive.
Surprisingly, every report came back “normal,” yet my cat’s condition remained unchanged.
This raises serious concerns about the diagnostic approach and the reliability of the testing process.
Despite continuing this course of treatment for 5–6 months, there was absolutely no visible improvement.
After investing so much time, money, and emotional energy, when I finally confronted him,
the response I received was extremely unprofessional and dismissive: “theek hai jahan treatment krwana hai karwaa lo jaker ab agr theek ho jaye toh bta dena”.
This level of indifference toward both the pet and the owner is unacceptable.
Based on my experience,
I would strongly advise pet owners to avoid this clinic for any serious medical conditions. Proper diagnosis should always be the first step in treatment, but here it felt completely overlooked.
Instead, there seemed to be a pattern of prescribing random and unrelated medications, including steroids, without clear justification. .
I genuinely regret trusting this clinic with my cat’s care and would never ever recommend it to anyone looking for dependable and competent veterinary treatment for critical issues.
