  We visited this diagnostic center for our beloved dog, Shine, and we truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and kindness shown by the entire team. They handled her blood tests gently and treated her with compassion, making a difficult time a little easier for our family. Although Shine is no longer with us, we will always be grateful for the support and quality of service we received. We highly recommend this center to other pet parents looking for reliable and compassionate care.

  I requested home collection of samples for my elderly pet, and the team initially agreed without hesitation. I even accepted the charges they quoted. However, despite repeated follow-ups and multiple calls, no one ever came to my home. Each time I called, they falsely assured me that an executive had just left for my place, but in reality, no one showed up. Their service has been extremely disappointing, as this is medically related they should start taking it seriously.

  You cannot trust them with timely results. Not recommended! I have been going to this lab for my pets and several rescues for close to 10 years. My pet was recently diagnosed with cancer and we sent his sample for biopsy that usually takes 8-10 days. Given the seriousness of the situation, we requested if the process can be expedited, they said they'll provide the results in 7-8 days. After waiting for their promised time, I called them on 8th day, they said the report will take another 3 days; that is +1 day more than their original time period. Time is of essence in treating serious illnesses, and their complete lack of urgency & empathy at a critical time showed they have zero concern for animals and are only in the business for the profits. Utterly unprofessional & shameful behaviour, Vetscan Diagnostics.

  Today I bring my cat for diagnosis his echo and ultrasound really vetscan is very good place for pet diagnosis doctor is very knowledgeable he did both the things very well and within 15 minutes I received both the reports hand to hand and thanks to reception staff also they treat me very well and given me good knowledge also so suggest everyone please visit vetscan thanks.

  Vetscan's home sample collection service is an absolute blessing for pet owners my pet blood test done was always a struggle. I scheduled a home visit and the technician was punctual and and good skilled. Hello was so gentle with my pet. Very good experience I recommend everyone thanks.
