  had a truly wonderful experience at VIMS Pet Hospital, and I’m extremely grateful to the entire team for the care they provided to my dog, Charu. A special thanks to Dr. Vinayak Sir, Dr. Manjunath Sir, and Deepak Sir for their professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach. The way they handled Charu’s surgery and explained every step gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The staff members were also incredibly supportive, attentive, and caring throughout the entire process. They treated Charu like their own, which means a lot to any pet parent. Thanks to their efforts, Charu’s surgery was successful and recovery is going well. I highly recommend VIMS Pet Hospital to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate veterinary care.   I visited this VIMS veterinary hospital with a rescued pigeon, and I'm truly impressed with the care and compassion shown by the entire team. The staff was incredibly thorough in explaining the bird's condition — they clearly described its health status, what treatment was needed, and the medication prescribed. It was reassuring to understand exactly what the pigeon was going through. What touched me the most was their gesture of offering a concession on the consultation fee since the bird was rescued. It shows that this hospital genuinely cares about animals, not just as patients but as lives worth saving.   We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to VIMS Pet Hospital, Babusapalya, and especially Dr. Vinayaka, for giving our beloved 6-year-old Golden Retriever, Sasha, a second chance. Sasha had a complex medical condition involving a congenital tracheal abnormality (narrow airway from birth) along with mild cardiac enlargement. Due to these complications, we consulted several reputed veterinary hospitals and clinics like Dr Doodleys, Vetic etc. However, most of them considered the case high-risk and were hesitant to perform the required uterus removal surgery as they had never seen such kind of case. When we met Dr. Vinayaka, our experience was completely different. During our very first visit, he patiently reviewed all of Sasha's medical records, X-rays, and history without even charging a consultation fee. More importantly, he gave us confidence, explained the situation clearly, and assured us that he would do his best for our baby. From admission to discharge, the care provided by Dr. Vinayaka and the entire VIMS team was exceptional. Every staff member was kind, patient, compassionate, and always available to answer our concerns. We are extremely happy to share that Sasha's uterus removal surgery was performed successfully, and her recovery has been smooth. For us, Dr. Vinayaka is nothing short of a blessing. His expertise, confidence, and dedication helped save our precious family member. A sincere thank you to Dr. Vinayaka and the entire team at VIMS Pet Hospital for your outstanding care, professionalism, and compassion. We will always be grateful for what you have done for Sasha.

  Dr. Vinayaka and the Wonderful Staff at VIM Hospital, I am writing this with a heart full of gratitude. We cannot thank you enough for helping our fur baby get their eyesight back to normal.It was incredibly heartbreaking for us to see our baby suffering, and we felt so helpless. However, from the moment we visited VIM Hospital, you gave us our hope back. Dr. Vinayaka, your expertise, along with the immense care and support from the entire staff, made all the difference.   I took my kitten there for her first visit.. I searched a lot to find a good hospital and went based on the reviews but my experience was nothing close to the reviews I read.. As soon as I entered n was registering they grabbed the carrier from my hand and headed into a room.. There were 5 people with a 2 month old kitten man handling it.. I went to them for ear mites and cleaning, vaccination n de worming and it was horrific to see the way the kitten was handled!! Some places should not function if there is no compassion.. Yes kittens are hard to handle, but I’m sure this traumatised her and she’s going to be afraid of vets for life!! I have had 3 cats before n Supertails was nothing like this.. Since moved to Hormavu this was my closest and safest option based on reviews I read.. They did the ear cleaning but there’s still a lot of debris in her right ear and I was suggested to use EAR BUDS!!!! That by itself is a red flag.. They also told me I need to give her multivitamins and calcium supplements continuously for 8 months despite telling them she eats good commercial food .. Most commercial food like royal canin already have necessary growth nutrients in their food.. ANYWAYS, SHORT SUMMARY, IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET AND WANT A HOSPITAL THAT TREATS YOUR PET WITH COMPASSION AND CARE - THIS IS NOT IT!!
