⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute lifesavers – Wild Vets Bandra gave my cat Mao Singh a second chance at life! I can’t thank the team at Wild Vets in Bandra enough** A few weeks ago, my beloved feline Mao Singh (my ginger-white drama queen) suddenly became critically ill – lethargic, not eating, and hiding all day. I rushed her to Wild Vets and from the moment we walked in, I knew she was in the best hands. Dr. Nidhi immediately took charge — calm, thorough, and incredibly compassionate. They didn’t waste a second: full in-house blood work, urine analysis, stroke checks (I think they meant biochemistry/profile), and ultrasound (USG) were all done under one roof on the spot. No running around to different labs, no waiting days for results – everything was diagnosed and treated the same day. That comprehensive in-house facility literally saved precious time and, I genuinely believe, saved Mao Singh’s life. Within hours they had her on IV fluids, targeted medication, and close monitoring. The entire staff was outstanding — special shoutout to Bhaskar and the rest of the assistants who handled my stressed-out cat with so much gentleness and care, keeping me updated every step of the way, even after hours. The clinic is spotless, well-equipped (dedicated cat consult room, ultrasound room, pharmacy stocked with premium medicines), and clearly designed with pets’ comfort in mind — separate dog den and cat corner to reduce stress. Yes, Wild Vets is not the cheapest vet in town, but when it’s your family member on the line, quality comes at a price — and it’s worth every single rupee. I’d rather pay for expertise, speed, and state-of-the-art facilities than take risks elsewhere. Today Mao Singh is back home, eating like a champ, zooming around, and giving me her signature judgmental stares ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Nidhi, Dr. Deb, Bhaskar, and the entire Wild Vets family. You didn’t just treat my cat — you gave her (and me) hope and a future. Forever grateful. If you love your pet, this is the only place in Bandra (and probably Mumbai) I’d trust blindly. Highly recommended — 5 stars aren’t enough! 🐱💙

Do Not Trust Their Night Emergency Services - My Dog Died I am writing this with immense pain and anger after losing my dog during an emergency visit at Wild Vets. We rushed all the way from Thane to Bandra at night, after calling in advance so they could be prepared. However, the experience we faced was shocking and unacceptable. 1- Firstly the staff showed a highly insensitive and money-minded attitude. Instead of prioritizing an emergency case, they were more focused on asking for payments while my dog was struggling to breathe. In a life-and-death situation, this behavior is simply inhumane. 2 -Secondly, despite informing them beforehand, there was no proper arrangement. The room given to us was extremely small, suffocating, and poorly maintained — no AC, no fan. We had to switch everything on ourselves. My dog was already facing severe breathing issues, and this environment only made things worse. Instead of comfort, he was put under more distress. In the final critical moments, the staff was completely ineffective. While we were desperately trying to give CPR, they were not taking the right action and were instead asking us to step aside repeatedly. The truth is, we had to step in because they were not doing what was required. There were two doctors present — one tried to help to some extent, but the other seemed to lack basic knowledge and did not inspire any confidence. Additionally, there was no continuity in treatment. One doctor would take the case details and start treatment, then another would come in and ask the same questions again. This lack of coordination and process is extremely dangerous in emergency situations. I would strongly advise pet owners to avoid their night emergency services. When a facility claims to be open 24/7, it comes with the responsibility of having skilled, prepared, and responsive professionals — not just a formality. I have lost my dog, and I would not want any other pet parent to go through this kind of trauma.

Had a great experience in wild vets. They take good care of my cats. Staff is efficient and friendly, doctors are knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Be very very careful if your pet ends up at Wildvets. Just like every 1star review you will find your self helpless and being robbed while your pet suffers in agony. The admin staff will pretend like they own the whole of Mumbai; the girl with head covering might as well be considering others a lesser person. The drs are barely available for a proper 5 minute discussion despite you paying hefty consultation fees. The only way anything gets down at this clinic is if you make a scene in front of everyone. Your animals will mindlessly be injected without your approval or a written prescription. If you think Dr. Amrita cares you’d be a fool, there are far better private vet in khar and bandra who despite being just as pricey give actual care and attention to the animal and recognise that not all can afford such treatments and this shouldn’t in anyway be a reason to stress the animal. Shame on this practice; if you love and respect animals stay away from Wild Vets

They won’t even touch your fur baby. First they will give you a battery of tests which is less than half the price elsewhere. I was verbally told about hypoallergenic food, but as I said I don’t want the tests, that was not prescribed as well. Bad experience..
