Dr. Prajakta provided exceptional care when my cat fell sick with a severe viral infection, and I am deeply grateful for her expertise and kindness. Dr. Prajakta quickly identified the viral infection when my cat was very weak and unresponsive. She treated my cat with extreme care, patience, and a calming touch during a very stressful time. She explained the treatment plan step-by-step and gave clear instructions for at-home recovery. Thanks to her precise medical care and follow-up, my cat is now active, healthy, and back to normal.I highly recommend Dr. Prajakta to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled veterinarian for their pets. And also, Pranav is an absolute magician with cats! As any cat owner knows, finding a groomer who truly understands feline behavior is incredibly rare. My cat usually gets very stressed and anxious around strangers, let alone when getting a trim, but Pranav completely changed that experience for us.He was incredibly patient, gentle, and calm throughout the entire session. He took his time to make sure my cat felt safe and secure before even getting started. The trim itself is perfectly even, neat, and looks absolutely wonderful, no uneven patches or awkward lines. I am beyond impressed by his professionalism and genuine care for animals. If you are looking for a trustworthy, skilled groomer who can handle cats with perfection, I highly recommend Pranav. We will definitely be regular clients!
