Today, I visited "Zigly Pet Care" with my dog, who is quite old (13 yrs old pug) and was in a very critical condition. She was suffering from a severe heat stroke, and her temperature had risen to 107°F. It was an extremely frightening situation for me as a pet parent, and I was honestly very scared I might lose her. Dr. Devendra and his entire team acted immediately and did everything possible to stabilize her. They administered IV fluids, gave necessary injections, applied ice packs, and continuously changed wet towels to gradually bring her fever down. Every step was handled with such urgency, care, and precision. 💕 What truly stood out was the dedication and compassion of the entire team. They were constantly on their feet, closely monitoring her condition, not giving up for a single moment. Their coordination, patience, and commitment were remarkable to witness. They didn’t just treat my dog medically, but also supported me emotionally during such a stressful time. That level of empathy and reassurance means a lot.❤️💯 Thanks to their timely action, hard work, and genuine care, my dog survived and is now stable. This would not have been possible without their relentless efforts. 💐💐 I am extremely grateful to Dr. Devendra and his team — words are truly not enough to express my appreciation. They are doing an incredible job, and I will always be thankful to them for saving my dog’s life. ❤️❤️

I had a fantastic experience at Zigly, Vaishali Nagar with my furry baby, Mr. Blue, for his bath and grooming session. The team here is highly skilled, professional, and extremely caring, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable experience for pets. The staff is not only supportive but also very friendly, making sure that every pet gets the best care possible. What impressed me even more is their wide range of pet products—from grooming essentials to pet travel accessories, they have everything you need for both dogs and cats under one roof. My dog has many problems like skin issues, fungal infection, thyroid and ligament pain kind of a thing too. Mr Mahesh sir the senior groomer, handled him perfectly. He suggested oil massage before bathing. He understands the dogs issue n temperament also. Now my little Kinchu my dog is very comfortable and feeling happy. I am highly thankful to Mahesh sir and Zygly clinic. Secondly, I am highly thankful to Dr Narendra. He is treating Kinchu very well.
