  I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Sumit for the exceptional care and dedication he showed while treating my cat, Milly, during her battle with the parvo virus. His attentiveness, patience, and genuine compassion made an incredibly difficult time much easier to endure. He carefully monitored every aspect of her treatment and kept me informed each day, which gave me reassurance and hope when I needed it the most. Thanks to his expertise and commitment, Milly has survived, and I will always be deeply thankful. I truly appreciate not only his medical skill but also his kindness and understanding.

  Update: There are reviews you write because the service was good, and then there are reviews you write because you genuinely owe people a thank you. This is the latter. A few weeks ago, I genuinely didn’t know if my dog, Lowkey, was going to make it. What started as a urinary issue turned into one of the most frightening experiences we’ve ever had. There were moments when things took a very serious turn, and he started bleeding heavily. As his family, all we could do was wait and hope. The team at Zigly GK/kailash colony did everything they possibly could, and today, seeing him recover, wag his tail and slowly get back to being himself feels nothing short of a miracle. I will always be grateful to Dr. Deepak. He is an exceptional surgeon, but more importantly, he gave us confidence when we were completely falling apart. You could tell that every decision he made was in Lowkey’s best interest, and I genuinely believe my dog is alive because of him and Dr. Sumit. A huge thank you to Dr. Sumit, who has probably answered a hundred questions from me without ever making me feel like I was asking too many. He was patient, reassuring, honest, and incredibly invested in Lowkey’s recovery. Every update mattered to us, and he never failed to keep us informed. Thank you to Dr. Ankit and Dr. Himanshu as well, who stepped in whenever needed. It never felt like Lowkey was just another case. It felt like every doctor knew him and wanted him to get better. A very special mention to Kunal, who cared for Lowkey through the first few nights he had to stay at the hospital. Leaving your pet overnight is heartbreaking, but knowing someone was there looking after him made it just a little easier. And to Abhimanyu, Sarjeet, and everyone at the front desk and support team - thank you. You may not realise it, but a kind word, a reassuring update, or simply seeing a familiar face when you’re terrified for your pet makes an enormous difference. I’ve also trusted Zigly Kailash colony with both my dogs’ grooming for a long time now, and that deserves a mention too. Shinrin and Karan are wonderful. They are gentle, patient, and genuinely care about the dogs they’re handling. My boys are always comfortable with them and come back looking and more importantly, feeling great. I’ve been to many veterinary clinics over the years. Good doctors are important, but what truly sets a place apart is how much they care when things are at their worst. Zigly KK did not just treat Lowkey; they fought for him. They celebrated every small improvement with us, worried when we worried, and stood by us through one of the hardest weeks we’ve had as pet parents. Lowkey still has a little way to go, but he’s here, recovering, and getting stronger every day. That is because of this incredible team. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. You didn’t just save my dog’s life, you gave our family our happiness back. We will never forget it. ❤️ ——— Old review: Best best place for grooming and vet services!   Had a fantastic experience at Zigly! It truly is a one-stop destination for everything a pet parent needs. The clinic is incredibly clean, modern, and well-managed, which put me at ease immediately. A huge shoutout to the veterinary team for their expertise and patience; they took the time to explain the diagnosis in detail without rushing. The staff is professional and genuinely loves animals. Whether it's for a medical check-up, grooming, or just picking up premium supplies, I highly recommend this place!

  I took my dog, Pablo, for a simple facial hair trim at the Decence Colony branch, but unfortunately, the groomer, Vikas, carelessly cut a piece of skin just a few millimeters from his right eye. They offered to take us to the East of Kailash Ziggly branch to see a doctor, but there was no doctor when we reached. They simply applied some ointment. Huge waste of time. I was not satisfied with the lack of treatment, as it was a deep cut, and I was worried about the risk of infection. I had to rush him to the vet, where he received a tetanus shot, an 8-day course of antibiotics, and antibiotic eye ointment because the cut was deep and extremely close to his eyeball. The vet mentioned that if the cut had been even slightly closer, it could have caused serious and permanent damage to his eye. The salon did refund me, and I hope this review helps improve safety for other pets. Trimming around the eye area is delicate and should be handled with extra care by experienced professionals.

  It’s a total sham money mongering fraud franchise. Dr Himanshu is not a vet but a business man not concerned for animal health at all. He kicked us out with 13 day old stray kitten and was sitting duck on a on going case where no observation was needed. This emergency service. Any pet lover should boycott them for lacking sensitivity and blocking emergency care and showing no remorse or concern.
