Great service received for my pet's full grooming. Gentle handling and groomers are quite experienced.

What genuinely surprised me was how reasonable and affordable the charges are, especially for a premium location like Vasant Vihar and a well-known brand like this in Delhi. Paid less than ₹1700 for annual vaccinations and deworming tablets for my Persian cat, and honestly it made me wonder why I had been visiting local clinics and paying even higher charges. Last year, I paid around ₹2200 for the same routine annual vaccines at a local clinic in Chhatarpur, which I’d rather not name 😊. The doctor (Dr. Ravi) was very polite and professional, and the staff was genuinely courteous and welcoming throughout the visit. Everything felt clean, organized, and transparent. It’s rare to find a place that combines fair pricing, professional care, and such good customer service together. Definitely the best experiences I’ve had for pet care in Delhi. Absolutely worth 5/5 Stars.

Amit and Arun were very delicate with my old Labrador. The entire team was very understanding, generous with their services! Highly recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience with Zigly. I made a payment but was never provided with a proper receipt, which raised serious concerns about transparency. My appointment has been repeatedly delayed, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. The staff appeared unprofessional in their communication and handling of customer concerns. Additionally, I found the doctors to be rude and more focused on collecting payments than providing quality service or addressing customer issues. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been little accountability or effort to resolve my concerns. Pet owners should never trust zigly.

It has been over a year that we are zigly's clients. We have 2 cats, Casper and Amber. We are extremely glad to have Dr.Ajay is our pet Doctor. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to handle our kids very well. Dr. Ajay is a very caring person, we are very much satisfied the way he took care of Casper and Amber. Casper earlier had skin issues which was taken care of quickly. After that we've had spay surgeries of Casper and recently of Amber, they both are healthy and doing great. Great Job and Great service from Zigly. Keep up the good work. You guys are really great. Any pets needs tender loving care and you guys have it..be always be the help and voice of the voiceless🙏
