Zigly Pet Veterinary Hospital is truly one of the best places for your pets! ❤️🐾 My baby Kizzy is back to being her happy and healthy self, and all thanks to Dr. Sanyogita. She treated Kizzy with so much care, patience, and dedication. I’m genuinely grateful to her for helping my baby recover and feel like herself again. A huge thank you to Dr. Sanyogita and the entire Zigly team for taking such good care of my Kizzy. ❤️ Highly recommended! 🐶❤️
After taking the premium member ship for vaccination and for medicines, the discount rate was not applied and also while going for the 3rd vaccination they have asked for the vaccination charges. When I visited for the last it has been informed that I need not have to pay for the vaccination. When asked for the same they were saying that the free vaccination is available only for rabis not for tricat. When asked for bill they haven't provided just shared the snap shot of the bill that has yet not generated. Asked to pay 1st then will share the gst bill. Lastly got a message that if you don't want to pay just leave it. That was not a proper way to talk with customer. Atleast keep some one in the reception who can able to communicate with the customers in a good way.
