Dog walking plans start from ₹116 per walk. The price depends on the walk duration (20 or 40 minutes), whether you want one or two walks a day, and whether you choose a Monday–Saturday or Monday–Sunday schedule. Compare plans in the app for your city.

Yes. Every walker completes identity verification and dog-handling training before joining Sploot, so a vetted professional handles every walk.

Yes. Follow your dog's walk live in the Sploot app with GPS route tracking, and get session updates throughout the walk.

We replace your walker with another verified professional, reschedule the walk to the end of your plan at no extra cost, or refund that session — whichever works best for you.

Yes. You can pause or cancel your walking plan directly in the Sploot app. Refunds and cancellation fees depend on how close to the session time you cancel, so check the cancellation policy in the app before you confirm. To cancel or change a subscription, reach out through in-app chat.

Usually, yes. Sploot's matching gives priority to the walker who has already worked with your dog, so you'll typically see the same walker throughout your subscription. If they're unavailable, we'll assign a replacement or add an extra walk to your plan.

Yes. Each extra dog walked in the same slot costs 50% of the walking plan price you chose for your first dog. You can set this up when booking or from your plan in the app.

Book at least 3 hours before your preferred slot. Pick an available time in the app, and Sploot will assign a background-verified walker for that slot. There's no need to plan days ahead.

The walker arrives within a 15-minute window from your selected slot time. For example, for a 12:00 PM booking, they will arrive between 12:00 and 12:15 PM.

Yes. Sploot walkers are trained to handle dogs of all breeds and sizes, from small pups to large, active breeds.

Most dogs benefit from at least one walk a day; active breeds may need two. Sploot's 20- and 40-minute plans can be booked daily or on a flexible weekly schedule to match your dog's needs.

That's fine. Sploot walkers are trained to handle reactive and easily distracted dogs. If your dog isn't comfortable around street dogs or new people, tell your walker in advance so they can plan the route accordingly.

Some dogs take time to warm up to someone new. If this happens, it helps to accompany the walker for the first few sessions so your dog can build trust before walking independently.

Your Sploot walker wears a Sploot t-shirt and carries a dog-walking kit, so you can confirm it's them before handing over your dog.

Please provide a well-fitting collar or harness with a leash, and share your dog's behaviour history. Sploot walkers don't conduct off-leash walks, so make sure the leash and collar are secure before each session.
